It was my first time coming here and I liked it because it was clean and all the tables were clean. The service was good, the sandwiches were made beautifully with appropriate toppings, and the lettuce and other vegetables were fresh. I think it is a place that maintains high standards well.

This location is a hidden gem. Simran who helped us tonight is such an incredible worker juggling multiple customers at the same time. Amazingly so patient and kind. Highly recommend. My favourite subway location by far bc of the staff..especially Simran.

To be honest I ordered yesterday night because I was really hungry. Literally I throw up all in the garbage as I couldn’t eat it. There was only one ranch added to bread along with few vegetables. So disappointing ☹️
Sub was dried out. Meat was dried and crunchy. Went back and returned it for exchange to an edible sub. Cashier refused to exchange or refund. Then agreed to change only meat. Finally agreed to make the same sub new after insisting to speak to manager. Cashier did not get manager. It all depends on which person is on staff. The young girl with glasses would always get a 5 star across the board. She’s the reason we still go to Subway. If she’s not working, we eat elsewhere.

So we used to come to this location a lot but not anymore as there is a lady working there she is always in a hurry to do her closing. I dont think she knows how to serve customers with a smile as she has a really bad attitude. I always saw a guy waiting for her maybe that is the reason she is always in a rush. I am also working in customer service but this is the worst customer service that i have ever seen and yes the closing time is 11.00 pm, their open sign is on but they closes at 10.30 pm. You should turn your signs off atleast. Do not mislead the customers as everyone's time is important. Today she refused to serve my friend and was busy doing moping and their sign was still on. But i think the management does not care. Do not recommend.

Hello subway team i like to eat subways alot i work at one of the Brentwood restaurants and got off from my work at 10:30 and it took hardly 2 minutes to reach this Willingdon location by walk and their is a girl which do mostly the closing shift and the problem os that most of the times that gril refused to take my order and just says we are closing however if there is 20 minutes left this is a big loss for that location because number off people come by that time to eat and this happened many times with me on that Willingdon location owner should pay proper attention on this issue because i got number of other choices to eat but losing customers is realy bad as i also work in a restaurant

I went in and I watched a young lady wearing glasses crazy efficient. She didn't seem to miss a Beat. She was getting everybody's food like it was an assembly line checking the bread getting in and out of the oven, and every time she touched something she got a new glove. I stood there watching her thinking I'm impressed. I ordered from Subway a lot I've never seen anybody just be that fluid. I didn't see a name tag but I was there today June 24th at 1:00 p.m.
