I ordered on the app but the store said they never received it. I showed my receipt and confirmation, but they told me to just keep refreshing the app. I couldn’t cancel online and ended up waiting 30 minutes with no other customers.

Karaj made my sandwhich the other day and let me tell you, it was perfect! I was hesitant to even choose subway as my lunch since the last few years it has been quite disappointing. However, after a long time I was actually satisfied. No stale bread, loaded veggies and meat. Thank you Karaj!

I ordered from this store with UE. The sandwich was absolute garbage. Tasteless slop and it went into the garbage! On top of that 2 items were missing from my order. I am done with Subway. I can't wait until Jersey Mikes arrives in town. Ontario already has them and they coming this way.

Instructions were not followed — bread was stale and neither toasted nor grilled. Grilled chicken was used instead of teriyaki, and the meat portion was very small. Disappointing experience. Won’t order again — not worth the money. Not fresh at all.

Fantastic staff and exceptional service! The team here is humble and hardworking—true sandwich artists. A special shoutout to the young Asian girl who is incredibly efficient and actually listens when you ask for extra veggies (unlike other places where you have to ask multiple times). Another big plus: their payment machine doesn’t pressure you with an automatic tip screen—so refreshing! Given the choice, I will always choose this location. Thank you for the excellent service!

Good clean subway with ok customer service .There is ample parking and it is easy location to get to.The reason i am giving a 3 star is the service could of been better ! Good online deals which are some of the best around with the buy one get one free promo ! I got two veggie subs for under $9 !

NO GLUTEN-FREE BREAD AT THIS LOCATION.

I have been told by staff at this location on two separate occasions that gluten-free bread has been “discontinued” by Subway. Whereas, it is available at every other Subway location I’ve visited. And staff at those locations said gluten-free bread was not discontinued.

Pathetic service!
I had to remind the server to add olives to my sandwich, and later realized she didn’t even include tomatoes! Forgetting one item is understandable, but missing two out of just 4–5 items is unacceptable. Moreover, the bread tasted stale and off, which caused my friend to experience stomach issues. I would not recommend visiting the Subway at 7517 Market Crossing.

Screwed up my lunch order. Called to report it, the clerk told me it's impossible they screwed it up.
Not sure why they'd be holding back meat on a sandwich, maybe it's internal theft, maybe it's cultural.
Avoid this location.
