I wanted to commend Baldeep at 4737 willingdon ave location as she was friendly and very supportive with my inquiry on the subway deals. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and kept busy while we were dining in. Finding good people who are hardworking and customer oriented are hard to find and I hope her efforts are being recognized. She was a delight and got our order right with kindness! Been here 4 weeks in a row and always greeted with a smile by Baldeep. I was in a hurry to take my son to a hockey game. I came in to order hoping to pick it up in about 1hr. She intentionally timed it to the minute so that I could enjoy a hot delicious sandwich. She has it all prepared, bagged, labelled and cut in half. The other 3 times I came back it was more of the same. Reliable, friendly, delicious. I’m already looking forward to next week. Thanks, Baldeep!

Consistently excellent service at this Subway! We're frequent visitors and are always impressed. One employee is especially nice and even remembers our regular order. The store is always very clean, and we particularly appreciate that the staff is diligent about changing gloves. It's a great location that we keep coming back to.

Stingy on sauces and ingredients. Sandwich stays intact after toasting (doesn't become soft/soggy), though it immediately gets cold. Sandwich is wrapped directly on the outside wrapper, no sticker is added, which can cause a mess. Music too loud, headache-inducing

Made my order wrong (asked for spinach and gave me lettuce on both footlongs instead); requested black olives and there were none. Gave them another chance and went into the store to pick up my online order, the “manager” stopped me and confronted me about the online complaint I made and telling me not to file fake complaints online. Showing me a random video of someone making a sub putting spinach in to prove that she did make the sub and put in spinach. Her attitude was horrible. It makes no sense for anyone to be making a false complaint about getting lettuce vs. spinach. Terrible customer service and insane how she’s accusing the customer for her own lying to cover up her own mistake when the issue could be so easily resolved.

Placed an Online order to take it to work(overnight) most of the veggies were missing. Found Only lettuce cucumber tomatoes. NO OLIVES, NO PEPPERS, NO PICKLES, SAUCES ALL MISSING. Very disappointed with the food. Waste of time n money. ORDERED ON APRIL 21 @ 8.30PM.

Really hit and miss here. First visit was great. Staff was nice and helpful. That was earlier in the day. Came later in the night and got hard old bread…. I couldn’t even finish it because the ends were hard. So I guess don’t come here when it’s after 8pm. Probably won’t be back to this location anymore.
