Order my sub using the app. Picked all the options I wanted. Pop, chips, and sub. I got there to pick up my order, and they didn't have my drink. When I asked for the drink, I was told I couldn't have the one i picked because of promotional reasons, even though it was on my receipt. When I got back to my work and started eating, I realized they didn't even make the sub to order.

I bought a sub to take to my office and eat and it was really disgusting, they really messed it up and I was so ashamed to open it in front of my colleagues to eat as it was all messed up, it became soggy in 5 minutes. Never going to buy again from here.

Told the sandwhich maker I wanted mustard but she went ahead and grabbed the honey mustard and put it on, then she said I said honey mustard. Poor customer service and the bun was skinny. Shrink flation big time
