Today I went to the worst subway branch in all of Canada. It was terrible and very dirty. I ordered sandwich number 17, and they didn't ask any questions about what toppings I wanted, and after a few minutes, they told me that your sandwich has arrived. When I protested why you didn't ask me what I want in my sandwich, he just said sorry and did nothing. They did not even allow me to use the toilet and lied that this toilet was out of service.

It says they’re open until 9:30- I went in at 9:02 and was told she was closed- even though the door was unlocked- because she wanted to close early. Poor service, and if you’re going to close early, at least lock the door.

Website says open till 10, I get to the store at 905, the lady who’s cashing out says we actually close at 930 but today we made an exception to close earlier…. You should update your website and turn off your open sign, very unprofessional and waste of time. Will never be returning.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Tried to order a platter and the 1 person working there used a napkin to take my order, claiming that "this IS your order form" and that she didn't know that ham was pork ( I needed to know what was in a cold cut combo as I had a guest that couldn't eat pork). They also stated that they didn't work at that location typically and that's why they couldn't tell me what was in the sub (!?!??!?). She suggested that the manager call me so that they could advise the contents of the sub. I agreed. Later that evening I receiev a phone call from the same person who was working and told me what the sub contained, THEN proceed to tell me I had to pay for the platter right then over the phone. I was so frustrated that I cancelled my order. I will NOT step into that Subway again.
