I want to give a huge shoutout to the staff Sukhman. I was trying to use an exclusive discount that was only available through the mobile app and required an in-app reservation. I needed some help with the process, and Sukhman was incredibly patient and helpful. He/She took the time to walk me through the steps on my phone and ensured everything was set up correctly. Their friendly and knowledgeable service turned a potentially confusing situation into a seamless and positive experience. This is what true customer care looks like!

I stopped here last week to grab some lunch. There were three employees behind the counter, just chilling, no other customers in the store. So I proceeded to order the roasted chicken on 6 inch bun and actually pointed at the chicken that I wanted. The employee proceeded to scoop Up a different kind of chicken and I asked her is that the normal chicken and she said it’s teriyaki chicken. I said I asked for the normal roasted chicken. She goes well there’s this chicken and I said OK so that chicken there is plain roasted chicken and that one you put on my sandwich is teriyaki chicken. Yes I said OK. Well, I wanted the normal chicken. You put the teriyaki chicken on my bun. And she proceeded to look at her coworker and roll her eyes. Well that was my cue. I said thank you very much. I will Not be needing your services. So unprofessional rolling your eyes at a customer because you don’t know how to listen and put the proper kind of meat that is asked for on a sandwich

The employees keep talking in there language and not listening to the customers they made several mistakes when not following costumer instructions they need to focus on there job i don't recommend this location

I accidentally ordered at this location and I have been trying to call them from the last 30 minutes. I have made about 20 calls, but none of them are picking up and I have no idea how I can get the refund back because the location is an hour away please help. and the other location that I went to is not helping at all

Three people working. Not one said hello when we walked in. When it came to putting the veggies on the woman didn’t say a word. Just looked at us to tell her what we wanted on it. Not one smiled or said thank you. What is with all these fast food places having miserable people who obviously don’t want to be there. If you don’t like the job get a different one.

Ordered one veg Pattie and one non veg. The lady was touching the cheese with the same glove after she touched the non veg. Some people don’t eat non veg and when I told her nicely that she should use different glove, she gave me example of pizza stores saying they all do the same. I advised her not to pinpoint on others and not do a mistake others do. She showed a lot of dissatisfaction with the feedback I gave. A certain level of customer service skills required to do a job that is customer facing. This was during 2 pm today. I am expecting the owner also will take it lightly but I still think this might get passed on. Irony is when I was leaving in heart her saying dimaag kharaab ho gaya hey which is in English he’s gone mad and am sure she referred that to me hahaha

They will only be able to microwave meat before 930, due to no prep work being done prior to opening

The first lady taking my order did not interact friendly at all and was rushing to ask what I want and almost got my order wrong until her colleague corrected her after she added the wrong ingredients. They didn’t even offer to change the bread after that.
The food was alright. The cooler for the drinks wasn’t working although they mentioned that I think they should have included some sort of discount on their drinks.
The environment was ok. Just these days even when you go to MacDonald’s they have their radio or music on or something. Here complete silence.

I really like this subway Subway is a great place to grab a quick and affordable meal. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and salads to choose from, and you can customize your order to your liking. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, and the food is always fresh. I've had the pleasure of interacting with Prince on many occasions...he's extremely friendly personable knowledgeable and very accommodating...nothing is a problem for him...
I really enjoy time my experience every time I come in...Great service...
