The service of this location were usually great but this time when I ordered a footlong sub,the employee working there named sanchita was quite conservative while adding veggies and sauces. First she addes a very less or I can count the number of the pieces of the veggies and when i asked her to add more she was not generous to me thats all i can say. This time it was not a good experience or i can say the worst experience i had anywhere in canada. I would recommend to try other location rather than this one.

I enjoyed my visit to Subway. The food was fresh, and I liked the option to customize my sandwich with all the toppings I wanted. The staff(Jasvir) were friendly, and service was quick. Prices are reasonable for the portion size. A good spot if you’re looking for a healthy and quick meal option.

I visited your location last night and was very impressed by a young woman working alone during the evening rush. Despite being understaffed, she managed the store with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. She handled every order accurately and kept calm under pressure.Her dedication and work ethic deserve recognition.

The girl asked me to pass the drink to thes skip dasher. I don’t know her, neither am i a regular customer nor did i like it. Why would i go to the other end pick a pepsi that is not my order and pass it to the dasher?? Basic customer dealing etiquettes

I don’t recommend dine in here bcoz ac is not working properly and also the aura of the store is not good when i visit there today there is a homeless guy sitting there because of which the store smells disgusting . Overall staff is good
My concern is with the glove use by employees. While gloves are meant to minimize bare-hand contact with food, there's little point if they're not changed between tasks. I've visited multiple times and observed staff using the same gloves to handle food, touch the stove, operate the cash register, and then serve another customer without changing gloves.
Management, please train your wonderful staff on proper food safety and glove use.

Came around 9pm and ordered turkey sub with the mojo promotion. The meat and veggies may have been out too long as everything tasted unpleasant. Even the bread seemed off. Service was good though. Overall quite disappointed.

I received very rude service by MUSKAN just because i ask her to change her gloves because she touch my veggie food with the same gloves after she touch meats. When i ask to change gloves then she argue with me and start making faces , she behave very rude during taking my whole order. I DONT KNOW WHOM TO REQUEST THAT TRAIN MUSKAN HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS BECAUSE SHE ITSELF IS MANAGER THERE.
