Entered this location at 11am on a Saturday. The employee at the counter said it’ll be 5-6 mins to be served. I asked why and she pointed to the sign and said it’s not on… we are not open. I looked at the hours and pointed and said well your sign says open 8am. She just shrugged and went back to whatever she was doing at the till.They need to update their hours.

I was in there last week and there were 3 people waiting ( including myself) and the poor girl working alone behind the counter had to fulfill subway online orders as well as food delivery orders. The 3 of us in line had to wait while she made the orders for the virtual customers FIRST.Not sure this is best practice. Definitely should be helping the customers standing in front of you first before doing online orders. If there is only ONE person working maybe turn off the food delivery apps so you can better serve customers in the restaurant.Did not even thank any of us for our patience, which ticked me off more then having to wait.
