The lady was very rude, her approach, she ignores you. Does whatever she wants to do didn’t take my order right. It was bad got charged for crispy onions and didn’t even give me a scoop when I said could you please give me a scoop she ignored me.

They cheap out on the veggies here and expect you to pay extra for crispy onions here. Don't order from here. The subs are always small here. The staff here have so much attitude too especially the female ones.

After the lady made my sandwich, I noticed a massive wet, dead fly sitting in between the vegetables. I told her I didn’t want the sandwich anymore. She said I still needed to pay for it.

Got E. coli for food poisoning last Friday just phoned the manager up there or some guy blew me off. Said I’ll bring your doctors note and stuff like that. I’d rather just sue them stay away from this place because you’re gonna get sick.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location because of an employee named DIKSHA. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and had no interest in providing decent customer service. She made me feel like I was bothering her just by placing my order, rushed me the entire time, and acted with a bad attitude. On top of that, the sandwich was made carelessly, with ingredients thrown together. Employees represent the company, and with this kind of service, it’s clear customer satisfaction isn’t a priority here. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

It was 10:45 I decided to go to this store beacuse it was the closet one. Got there around 10:47 and open sign was on but door was locked and guy told me to to leave it’s closed. Pretty dumb if you ask me why would you leave open sign on and doors say it closes at 11:00 on Google and on the door of your store. Unbelievable!
Bad customer service experience. No greetings until server got free after 6-7 mins i believe and no other customer was there. I was only one. Still it was hard to say hello.
Looks like they are being forced to work in customer service.!! Felt rude, for few mins i was thinking, actually why i came at this location!!!

This Subway store is clean and well-organized. The workers are polite and make the sandwiches quickly. Everything looks fresh, and the place smells nice. There are places to sit, and the tables are kept clean. I like how the staff listens carefully and makes the order just right. It’s a good place to eat and relax. I would come back again.

I always have a great experience at this location. I visit there almost 2-3 times a week and they always make’s my sandwich just the way i like . I don’t know he’s name but she’s working every Tuesday I think she is super nice she always greets me with a smile and crafts the most delicious sub

Terrible bread undercooked. They always overcharge and now my recipe has a cup fee why am I being charged for a cup which it never has had from any other location I pays extra for a meal which includes a drink why are you charging me for the cup will definitely be going down the road to subway on 10th and 6 from now on

They don't answer the phone, so don't bother trying to call. They're understaffed, and the staff members they do have are wildly incompetent.
