This is the worst shaved ice restaurant I've ever been to. The mall smelled like bleach, as if they were washing mops and mopping the floor. The shaved ice was not a snowflake, and although they used a cheap machine, the ice was hard and melted. If you want to eat shaved ice here, I think the quality of the ice would be much better if you buy a cheap shaved ice machine online and make shaved ice.

Bingsu is one my favourite varieties of shaved ice and Sulbing Cafe is one of my favourite places to get bingsu.

One of a kind dessert. Try their popular strawberry ice cream! It's a must.

Great Korean Dessert Spot!

The portions were pretty big. We ordered 3 shaved ice bowls and it was more than enough to feed 6 people.

We ordered 3 shaved ice bowls:
- cheesecake
- strawberry
- injeolmi (signature bowl)

All of them tasted great. The interior was spacious and cozy and there was plenty of parking in the area.

Overall, I would recommend this place for Korean shaved ice desserts if you’re in the area! 🙂🍧

Worst shaved ice of my life
If you came here thinking about Korean Sulbing, run away.
The service is unfriendly, the taste is really bad and the price is expensive.

The fresh fruits served at Sulbing Café are delicious! Beautifully ripe, sweet and the perfect accompaniment to their bingsu.

It's hard to pick a flavour, but you really can't go wrong. Mango is my favourite, and strawberry is a very close second. But be forewarned: it's a seasonal fruit. So if you visit in the winter, it's unlikely to be available.

If you like cheesecake, definitely add the cheese! It's not too sweet, and it's a delicious addition to the mango bingsu.

Vegetarian options: It would be difficult to find vegan options here, but most desserts are naturally vegetarian.

Parking: The parking lot can get pretty busy, but there's plenty available downstairs.

Doesn't disappoint. My family loves it here. It doesn't matter if it's too cold outside, we are still gonna come.

Parking: Shared with other establishments.

I arrived here at 11:35 and was very disappointed to find out they had already closed. The lady working let me know they do last call at 11:30 and would not be able to serve us. If you are doing last call at 11:30, and not accepting anymore guests your hours should be updated to reflect that not 12:00. I could have saved my time and went elsewhere if that was the case.

First we tried to order the mango bingsu but was told they ran out. So we got the premium strawberry bingsu. In terms of looks, it looked very beautiful but when we actually started eating it, we quickly realised it was bland and just ice. No wonder they give you a little cup of diluted condensed milk to pour over top. As we ate more of it, it quickly just became clumps of frozen balls of ice. Worst bingsu I've tried. It was clearly made for Instagram pics or tiktok videos. All looks, no substance.

Typically, franchises are concerned about product quality.
I thought it was run by the power of the brand, which gave confidence that it was guaranteed to some extent.

Tasteless (something like sugar when freezing ice)
Shaved ice (tastes like something sweet is missing)
This is how you can find snow bing sold here.

I guess it's an unlucky day.

First time here on a weekend afternoon. Line up was acceptable. Looked like a little short on front staff and there’s always an extra few minutes wait between each customer to take their orders.

Wait time was about 10-12 min after we ordered. The taiyaki was small but quite tasty with the whipped cream. The Oreo bingsoo was great too but I agree with some previous comments that the ice was lacking flavour.

All in all it’s a neat place for desserts.

Came by here for some quick desserts and to subdue that HOT HOT afternoon. I had such a busy day with friends and wanted some Bingsuu to hang out with friends and found this place.

We all ordered together as a group and we decided to share some bingsu. So we ordered the Mango Cheese & Strawberry Tree.

The Mango Cheese was kinda delicious, but for sure needed more cheese bites, as there were only like 4 pieces. It did though come with more condensed milk, which we only added a little because most of the mango should be sweet during this time of the year.

The Strawberry Tree is literally Matcha ice cream on top of a mountain of strawberries. We decided to pour the condensed milk on this one because the strawberries were a little sour, but none the less with the condensed milk it was pretty delicious after that.

Not a bad place for bingsu but only enough just to come check it out.
