We visited Suren Persian Cuisine this past Monday. We have been to this restaurant before, and back then, the quality of the food was much better.
Our waitress was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive — she made the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, the food itself did not live up to our expectations this time.
We started with the smoked eggplant dip (Mirzaghasemi), and it was not fresh. It seemed like it had been reheated in a microwave, which is not suitable for a dish containing egg, and it really affected the flavor.
For the main course, we ordered the koobideh kabab because they had a promotion (buy one, get one free). Sadly, the quality of the kabab was awful — it tasted mostly like meat fat. We had tried this dish here before and loved it, but this time it was extremely disappointing. If the restaurant lowers the quality on promotion days, that’s not something customers expect.
It’s unfortunate because we really wanted to enjoy a good meal here again. Hopefully, this was just an off day, and they can return to the higher quality we experienced in the past.

These guys are not very friendly and a bit racist I went there with my Indian friends and first thing they said was “are u here to pickup an order?” This is not very nice and acceptable- never going again

As a Persian, I dine-in for the first time today and I ordered Kobideh.However, if you don’t know the real great Persian cuisine, it’s okay but if you know, it’s just a junk food and waste of money. My kobideh was dried, burned, small and it was pre-cooked earlier because it wasn’t hot and juicy. I don’t recommended this restaurant at all.

Ordered from Limoo on Uber eats, but came in a Suren bag. I'm assuming this is a Ghost kitchen business running out of Suren. Confusion aside, I could of ordered the same on Suren on Uber for less, so that makes it even more confusing. Taste was good, typical Persian fare. Portion size was underwhelming considering I got a combo that was said to feed 4-6, and barely fed 2 adults and a child.
Nice experience, decent food but not with kids because the wait time was too long. They are really understaffed and needs some cleaning

The quality of the food was very poor, and none of the dishes had any real flavor. The tahchin tasted like everything except tahchin and was overwhelmingly flavored with cumin. The taste of the zereshk polo was also terrible

You are very inconsistent. One day the quality is excellent, the next month it’s terrible. Sometimes my food is burnt, and I don’t leave reviews, but wow. This time it was inedible, burnt to a crisp. I am giving you my money, I should get what I pay for, especially given the price. How was koobideh $15.99 3 years ago and now it’s $21? 31 percent inflation in 3 years? I’m done ordering from here.
