Extremely slow with orders. Too many times, 20 minutes ready for pick up turn into a 25 more minutes awaiting for order!

Tuna in the nigiri and maki was mushy, warm and fishy tasting. Miso soup was cold and half full. Did not receive utensils even though they were requested in multiple places on the order. I called the restaurant about these issues. The worker on the phone was defensive and tried to argue with me that these points were untrue when I was telling her this was my experience. I asked to speak with the manager and she said there is no manager in the store and I asked when they would be in and she said she didn't know and did not have their contact info. She then said she talked to the manager and that I could bring the food back for a refund but I find it hard to believe that she had actually talked to the manager a few mins later when she didn't even seem to know how to contact them. She then hung up on me.

A few tables to dine in however every single table is full of used containers from the last people who dined in. Asked the lady behind the counter if she can clean the tables however she pretended not to hear me. She has airpods in and had no interest in doing her job.

Been sitting at a table now eating for about 15 minutes now and dirty containers still sitting at the tables including mine.

I recently ordered the Aburi Salmon Avocado on Chopped Scallop Roll, and unfortunately it caused food poisoning to the whole family. The scallop did not taste good, and likely not safe to eat. Sadly the restaurant refuses to take this seriously and refuses to improve.

I wanted to share this as a caution to others and stop wasting your money this restaurant has poor hygiene and quality issues.

Ordered from here more than a dozen times and they always take long to prepare food which is fine as the price and quantity is i good but last night 3 hour wait for Uber lol what a joke. I will never order from here again. 3 hours lol its not an exaggeration

they are so humble they have the best prices it’s so affordable u can't find anything that makes your stomach full for these prices now a days! and the food is incredible i order from here all the time and i also dine in. the inside doesn’t have much space to sit but u get what u pay for! 10/10 !

Large portions for the price. Chicken teriyaki was dry. BBQ ribs were nice. Nothing to complain about the sushi. Combo has a good variety of dishes. Good place to get a decent meal for less. Would visit again.

Ordered from the website, not sure what the maintenance fee was, but it offsets the discount. I would still avoid Uber and doordash as they kill businesses. Maybe call in to order is the best?

Sushi Q used to be my favorite place. I’ve ordered more than 7 times, but I was really disappointed with what I received today. I’ve ordered the aburi sashimidon more than 4 times, but today’s aburi sashimidon was awful. There were 3 tacos, and only 3 pieces of sashimi. Before, there were at least 5 pieces. The quality is getting worse, especially the aburi-don. I recommend ordering the sashimi-don instead of the aburi-don
