Absolutely loved this place! The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was cozy yet modern—perfect for a date night or casual dinner. Service was top-notch: friendly, attentive, and quick. You can really tell they care about quality and customer experience. The prices were surprisingly cheap for the quality you get. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Sushimoto is one of my favorite Japanese restaurant in Vancouver, Small but very cozy and full of personality. Im not a fan of sashimi but roll lover🤭 All their roll is fresh and delicious and has unique flavor. My personal favorite was Star roll and sunshine roll. It's was just too good and I forgot to take pictures 😋 I wanna try all their rolls. Im already planning my next visit. This place is highly recommend. Im already hungry just to think about it.😜

Very disappointing! Ordered a party tray and it was basically all cucumber and barely any fish. Wish I had taken a photo and would definitely not recommend.

They used to be good, but now it’s just trash. Your sushi comes with half a cucumber—cheap and embarrassing. They’re cutting corners and serving you bland, boring food with no effort at all. Zero flavor, zero pride.
The manager? Walking around like she owns the world, with a nasty bump on her lip that she should worry about more than pretending to be classy. Meanwhile, her loud, annoying kids are running in and out of the place like it’s their playground. Total chaos.
We politely shared our concerns, and all we got was the usual lazy response: “We’ll do better next time.” Yeah right. No care, no responsibility—just more excuses from someone who clearly can’t manage anything properly.
No respect=No tips.
Never coming back. If you care about your money and your mood, stay far away from this place. It’s a joke, and they don’t even realize it.

The service is extremely slow here even when the place was not busy. We got in at 6pm and it took the server so long to take our order. The food took 30 minutes to come and we only ordered sashimi, three rolls and an oyster motoyaki. I was disappointed in the oyster motoyaki because it wasn’t traditional in a shell it was served on top of a piece of bread with spinach underneath.

Nice Japanese restaurant. Excellent Sashimi Bowl. Very conveniently located right next to Hold'em skytrain station. Been here several times as it's around the corner from work. Some interesting models on display as decoration.
My favourite sushi restaurant, always friendly staff that great and welcome you in. The food quality, taste and presentation is top notch!

Amazing sushi place right next to the Holdom Station! I’ve been to half of the sushi restaurant in Vancouver and I really liked this place:) It’s cozy and clean. The menu is kinda hard to read but the selections are also more varying than other sushi places for sushi lovers. I liked Deluxe Chirashi and Tokusen Sashimi. For Oshi sushi, I recommend unagi oshi! For special rolls, Awesome cream cheese roll and Mazinga roll are my favourite!
