Have ordered twice now through TooGoodToGo. It’s a little confusing finding her but was kind on the phone giving directions. The macarons are the best I have ever tasted, crisp cookie loaded with creamy fillings. We’ve also thoroughly enjoyed the other offerings like PB cookies, scones, bear claws and croissants but the macarons steal the show every time.

We ordered from Too Good to Go but were met with frustration and disappointment. Despite our efforts to communicate our location clearly, the lady yelled vague instructions at us. Her hostile tone and demands to meet at her apartment, despite being steps away were off-putting. She kept yelling, “you don’t know where East is?!” Over and over again and tried to make us walk around a greater loop to meet her even though we were just a crosswalk away from her. It was a struggle to navigate her ever-changing instructions as she berated us. When we finally reached her, we found her yelling at an innocent couple, who we believe she thought was us. We expressed how we didn’t appreciate the way she was yelling at us and the couple. Instead of defusing the situation, she continued to yell and criticize us for not following her unclear directions. We decided not to proceed with the purchase due to her unprofessionalism and rudeness. She walked away with our order still yelling. The lack of respect and poor communication left us feeling disheartened and let down. Additionally, our purchase was not fully sealed, raising concerns.

I saved a box from Too Good to go app and I drove half an hour to come to the farmer's market and there's no one here at all and nobody pick up the phone call. Such a waste of customer's time!!
