The atmosphere was so good to feel Japan. Their sushi was really tasty and I liked the negitoro roll so much!! Karaage was a little greasy.. so I think it’s a really good place to enjoy sushi and sake😆

We sat down for sushi, took one look at the menu and laughed at the sushi prices and walked down the road to another place and saved probably $15.
I would feel bad leaving a lower review because I didn’t actually eat the food but holy smokes.
Very authentic Japanese restaurant that took me by pleasant surprise. Very delicious food and good vibes. Would definitely come again

I had a very disappointing experience at Tairyou Ichiba. I approached the waiter to ask about the wait time, and instead of offering any form of assistance or estimate, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I left my phone number, hoping to be contacted when a table became available, but the waiter plainly said they wouldn’t be calling anyone back. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in the service industry.
It’s understandable that busy restaurants have wait times, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with such disregard. I ended up leaving without dining. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their staff’s professionalism and customer care.

Your getting what you paid for. This isn’t the omakase level quality but for a regular everyday Japanese restaurant is great. The service is a bit on the slower side but overall the food and atmosphere is respectable.

This post is long overdue. I have been coming here for over a decade and for good reason. $28 gets you an assorted sashimi plate. The mega sushi is stacked with ikura, eel, and tamago. The food never misses. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the prices are more than fair. A true hidden gem that has stood the test of time.

So happy to be back in real izakaya.
Food is generally good and authentic. Service could be better. Waiters and waitresses are showing their faces like they worked all day, but actually they just opened 10 minutes ago. I receive worse service with extra tips here than in Japan with no tips. People love Japan not just Japanese food.
Come here every time and always so good! Fresh sashimi and affordable
I love this place. It is real japonés food!
