I happened to be in the area so I tried this place for lunch as the reviews were decent. The food is just average, and definitely over priced... The restaurant only had two seated tables when I arrived, and it was weird that they seated me next to another diner, instead of all the other empty tables in other corners. I won't be returning as there are better and more authentic sushi places in Vancouver. Operated by Chinese staff... which is not a problem, but the quality...
The food is incredible, very elegantly plated and has a good flavor. The place is rather small so they may usher you out when you're finished, however I imagine it's to free up the seats, no malice behind it.
