Made a reservation but sat in at the end of the stairwell. Pretty awkward seating for two friends catching up. The hostess was not great. Luckily the server was amazing. The server was friendly and made sure to check in with us.

We had brunch & ordered from the Happy Hour menu. Food was delicious & good portion-sized. All was great! The only complaint was the tea my friend & I ordered. Not sure, but our tea arrived at our table by our server with the tea bag dipped inside the cup. There was no tea pot & no saucer with the teacup. I had to pull the tea bag out after it was steeped long enough, but there was no saucer to put the tea bag on. I had to hold the tea bag over the cup. An individual tea pot to get refills to pour at our own leisure would be nice. But we had to flag our server down to get a refill of hot water. The server came to our table with a pot of hot water & poured into our cups & then walked away with the tea pot. Not sure if this is the standard at the restaurant or if the server was not aware to give us our individual tea pots. We also had no sugar packages or milk/cream offered or placed on our table. Another friend ordered a latte & did not get any sugar or spoon on the side. Been to this location many times & have always enjoyed spending time with my friends. But this time, we left a bit baffled. Is this standard practice for tea lovers not getting individual tea pots?

Seating was tight. We were a larger group of 9 people and it was snug spacing between each person. It was also very noisy and we all had to raise voices to hear one another.

I had the Steak & frites during Happy Hour. Everything was on the plate was on the salty side. Fries was very salty, arugula was salty, steak was salty. I wonder if they just sprinkled salt all over the plate at the end. Otherwise our server was friendly and service was fast.

Outstanding service! Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We went for brunch and did not realize that there was a happy hour discount on the already delicious and generous portions. Would highly recommend the Brentwood location for ambience, food quality and service!

Love this location and easy parking access. I thought. Over ambience was bright and modern. The food was good but not over the top. Our server was bright and highly interactive to start off then abandoned us after the table was cleared, we had seek them out to pay our bill.

It was a busy evening. The service was obviously slower than usual. Unfortunately, the kids cheese pizza is overbaked and a bit burnt. (I thought it was supposedly to be healthy quality for kids, right?) We had to remove the black parts by ourselves.

Fish n chips were good! Blackened chicken burger was difficult to eat as avocado made it difficult to eat without knife and fork. Server was ok but she forgot my beverage and didn't offer a refill until we were about to leave.

I brought my 69 year old sister to have a nice birthday chat and lunch. Although lunch was tasty, we had to yell in order to hear what the other was saying. Way too loud... not exactly the experience I was hoping for. We basically ate and got out of there as quickly as possible.
