My boyfriend and I went to your cafe around 3 pm yesterday.
Your staff looked busy, so we waited quietly while deciding what to order. No one greeted us or even said something like, “Could you wait a moment?”
What really bothered me was when one staff member made eye contact with me, then looked away and said to her colleague something like, “We should take their order.”
We ended up leaving without saying anything because I didn’t want to make a scene or make other customers uncomfortable. But I honestly want to know why we were ignored. I don’t need apology. I just want to know reason that makes sense.

Disappointing, mostly because of how overly sweet everything was.
I ordered the strawberry bingsoo and a strawberry ice cream smoothie. The bingsoo was way too sugary; bingsoo is supposed to be light and refreshing, not syrupy sweet. This tasted like sugar first, dessert second.
The strawberry ice cream smoothie was even worse. Too sweet, too artificial, and hard to drink. It didn’t taste like real strawberries. More like candy flavor. I couldn’t even drink it.
If you like extreme sweetness, maybe you’ll enjoy this. But if you want balanced, fresh-tasting desserts, this wasn’t it.

Came here because I had a 50% off coupon for their waffles. Ordered the cookie monster waffle. On the menu it says you can choose between brussels or liege but the cashier never asked even after paying. I had to ask whether I could choose and they said yes.
The waffle was so disappointing. Nothing special about it to be worth the original price of $13.95. You would have expected something bigger but it was small.

Nice cozy cafe, with lots of parking available. The prices are reasonable and staff is so friendly. The waffles are a must, sandwiches so delicious and drinks are perfect. They have seasonal menus, everything taste so fresh and delish
Great cafe serving bingsoo, desserts and bubble tea. My friend and I went there around 7pm on a Saturday night and it was not that many people inside. Overall great cafe serving good food. The waffle is so tasty, I hope got more matcha element on that waffle as well, it looks like is just more of red Bean! Go try this cafe at Burnaby!

Thought the waffles would take 10–15 mins, but they took 25. Took them to go, still delicious.

We’ve come here lots of times already I’m surprised I haven’t left a review yet.
These are what we love to order:
1. Bingsu (strawberry or milk tea)
2. Avocado and bacon sandwich
3. Hot sweet potato latte
4. Cloud drinks

I really enjoyed my red bean drink with ice cream, and waffles .
the place is very clean and friendly and there are many others selection on the menu to choose from.
The prices were the same as everyone else's,as everything is pricy .
Thank you for the awesome service.

Their red bean matcha waffle is amazing! I always grab one when I’m nearby. Been eating it for years. The shop’s just a bit old now, could use a tiny makeover!

I really enjoy this place. It’s close to home, and their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious! The drinks are great too, and I love coming here when I’m craving something good.
The only thing I’d mention is that the wait time can be quite long. Even for simple orders, it usually takes a while, so I’d recommend going when you’re not in a rush. That’s the reason why I’m giving 4 starts because sometimes it really can be a long wait time even though it’s only one or two people who order.
Overall, the food and quality are worth it, as well their employees most of them are quite nice and I just hope they can work on speeding things up a bit because it’s such a great spot!
