Lost Wallet, Found Hope
Last night, panic set in when I realized I’d lost my wallet. Thankfully, my partner used the AirTag inside to track its location. I rushed to Tealips and, to my immense relief, the staff had my wallet! A kind-hearted individual had found it and turned it in.
I’m so grateful to the staff at Tealips for their help and to the person who found my wallet. This experience has truly restored my faith in humanity.
Thank you for being such a wonderful cafe.
But I have to say, I will not let the same mistake happen again. Please look after belongings, not everyone willing to keep and return. And the cafe has no obligation to keep other's belonging, or do anything for lost and found.

The staff was really nice. The smells, sounds, visuals and ambience of the cafe were all amazing, cozy, and warm. We got the brown sugar milk tea, had a nice warm flavour, and the mango green tea which was very refreshing and fruity. Would definitely recommend. We were also given a free chocolate waffle as a promotion and that was also amazing!
Very nice waffles and very yummy. Would eat here again.

This business is a wonderful place to take a break. The staff are adorably friendly and as an even more delightful surprise, randomly deciding to try out their chocolate syrup waffles ended up proving to be a deliciously unexpected bonus factor I would definitely recommend.
If you're in this area, don't even give it a second thought. Take 20 minutes and stop in here to treat yourself. I'm sure you won't regret doing so.

Just ordered one drink since I was there after 8pm and they don't serve food an hour before closing... The sweetness and ice level was perfect to order, great service as well!
Honestly, we had gone to this location as it was the closest when I was babysitting my niece otherwise we would have gone a block over to a different bubble tea joint. There was nobody in the café and I could see them prepping items or unpacking things. I wasn’t really welcome and then when I finally placed my one bubble tea order (a passion fruit black tea with jelly) it took forever… it seemed like the workers were hoping each other instead of just making my drink, and I ended up waiting there for quite a while before I got it. The jelly had a weird texture and it wasn’t my favourite (when it usually is an easy classic flavour). With that being said, they had cute bubble tea kits which I’m sure make for a nice gift or activity to do. The store itself was clean and they serve food as well so it’s probably a nice easy spot for younger groups to hang out or study over food and drinks. Hopefully my experience was just a one off!
