Not too many people around 1pm on a weekend and has plenty of space to chat. Drinks are decent and good selection of pastries and cakes.

Parking: 2 spots in the parking garage that is not reserved for other commercial tenants in the building

Went on a weekday afternoon and most of the tables were occupied. Ordered an iced matcha latte and the staff made sure to ask if I wanted it sweetened or unsweetened. The ice melted a little quickly but the flavor was strong and not too sweet. Started about an hour and staff didn't rush anybody out.

Would recommend for a casual coffee meet up.

Very fast and efficient service， staff was super nice， I called to ask if they still have matcha flavor Basque and they responded really fast and updated in Uber, a very pleasant experience! Will come back soon❤️
