The food was not just unacceptable — it was honnestly rotten. Half of the food ingridients were rotten. They accept to don't charge us after my girlfriend complaim to the manager.

I’m not sure if the owner is even aware of what’s happening in their restaurant, but it’s clear that there is no proper quality control over the food being served.

If the owner is reading this, I truly hope they take this feedback seriously. After leaving my complaint, I looked at other reviews and saw that I’m not the first person to have this kind of experience. That tells me there’s someone in the kitchen who is simply not doing their job properly.

At this point, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were serious hygiene issues, or if they are hiring inexperienced student cooks without proper training.

Of course, it’s their business and their money — but if things continue this way, I don’t see how they’ll avoid losing it all.

It’s a disappointing and very unpleasant experience.
My crab cake benny was good but the green salad was horrible. In the photo you see there were many pieces of rotten leaves.
The Thai ice tea with coconut milk looks like they were overnight drink. The waitress explained that because they were cold. It doesn’t make any sense to me. I visited Thailand many times and never had it look like someone puked in my tea cup.

When I talked with the waitress about the rotten leaves, they only said that “ oh the kitchen didn’t prepare it well. It’s something unusual. “ they didn’t provide the solution so I told them that I’d like to return the tea and take the salad out of my bill. They didn’t even say sorry.

My bf stopped his food too because we believe this experience is from very unprofessional and inattentive kitchen staff team which also may not prepare his food right.

When I returned back to home, a friend who works in the restaurant told me that, they should take my meal out of the bill. Salad with so much rotten leaves is not something acceptable. Sure there were much more rotten leaves in the bowl.

My bf was very unhappy because he wanted to have a very nice brunch time with me after I recovered from a surgery. He found this place but I guess he didn’t read all the Google review ! I went over the review and saw other ppl’s Thai ice tea with coconut milk, they didn’t look the same as mine.
After ordering, never had any staff came to the table to check. So for the first time in my bf’s life , he didn’t tip. I told him that I wouldn’t too.

The price they charge for each dish doesn’t match with their food quality and service.

Love this place! Everytime I come here I am telling you never dispoint because the food so good, the service amazing! They recently expand to a larger place which is bigger and open! My favorite always been cheesesteak dip cant go wrong specially on a nice rainy day is perfect for it! If you haven't been here is a must go!

Ideal place for breakfast and brunch. We were truly surprised. The breakfast was super delicious. The right temperature, unique flavors, and the perfect size. Highly recommended.

This is a hidden gem in the city! The food was so fresh and healthy. The bun on the chicken club salad was very fresh and soft and the combination of toppings was perfect. Even the salad was delicious. I am absolutely heading back here! Thank you for great food and great service.

we ordered the kitchen sink and bacon benny. both were pretty delicious! the dishes came out fresh, and the service was efficient. while the portion sizes were slightly smaller than expected for the price, they were still quite filling.

for drinks, we had an iced matcha oat latte (sweetened) and an iced thai milk tea with coconut milk. the matcha latte mostly tasted like oat milk, and the matcha flavor was quite subtle. however, the thai milk tea was fantastic!! super duper refreshing and flavourful, definitely worth trying.

i’d recommend making a reservation in advance, just to be on the safe side. we visited during lunch on a weekend, and it wasn’t as busy as we anticipated, but it’s always good to plan ahead. overall, a great experience!

The food is delicious; however, I can’t accept a restaurant with such an outstanding brunch menu serving cheap 7-Eleven orange juice. That’s the reason for the 1-star rating.

Best brunch I’ve tried around Vancouver! Hash browns, eggs Benedict, and tomato soup were all delicious.

Food is a bit on the pricy side

6 years ago (or whenever it was) before they changed the menu, we used to come here almost every weekend. After they changed it, we tried it once and then stopped going ‘cause it wasn’t the same. Today we decided to give it one more try, and it was more disappointing than ever. The egg in my breakfast sandwich was so bland, and the spicy chicken and waffle was terrible. The chicken tasted old and hard. The Thai iced tea was way more milk than tea. So expensive for such bad food.

So sad to see such a good place turn for the worse. It’s like all the soul got sucked out of it.

Breakfast is okay but well priced, not a lot of sweet options other than the French toast.
