I just got back to Vancouver after traveling for 2 years. This use to be my go-to when I just lived down the street. This was when they still had a point system which rewarded free smoothies after 5 purchases. Too bad they stopped that program. Vancouver is unaffordable now! Anyhow I still enjoy a couple smoothies per week. I do miss the original ladies that worked there. Now that they are gone so are my extra cilantro upgrades 😢

Don’t go there and waste your money. The service is really rude and they don’t even entertain at first. The smoothie is not good and too much watery, and they don’t even sealed properly the cup, it spills when they gave it to me,what kind of service is that??are you really sure to waste your money in this store.

I'm very disappointed. The juice tasted awful either watered down or made with low-quality ingredients. To make things worse, the customer service was just as bad. The staff seemed uninterested and rude, acting like they didn’t want to be there. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.c

I am a Celery Juice addict and a MM community member. I love drinking pure fruit and vegetable juice to keep my body nutritious. On my way to pick my fresh Whole Foods store celery I would grab one bottle of fresh juice if I’m in a hurry of not able to making my own juice that day. I bought 3 bottles of pure organic juice yesterday. The stuff super helpful and their recommendation is great. The celery juice is awesome. So does the kickstarter and orange juice. The organic drinks came in bottles, the fresh juice ones are not organic. But also good. Highly recommend. People who care about their body should start a day here not a coffee shop. :)

Usually good product, but service is always slow. Often end up waiting 15 to 20+ minutes after ordering to get your beverage even if you are the only person in queue.

Last visit, my drink had unmixed protein powder at the bottom and I was told to take a utensil and mix it in myself. šŸ‘Ž

I come here two times a week. The girls working here are great and take the time and energy to chat and get to know you: my smoothies are always packed to the brim and taste delicious.

The service is really great!! Very lovely ladies working! The smoothies are delicious. The peanut butter cookie has become my go to. And the bowls are delicious and filling! And I always get my wellness shot. The ladies deserve a raise ? ?

Rather disappointing to pay $11 for a smoothie and for the cup to not be full but only st 75, maybe 80%.Mentioned this to the staff, but they stated it that's the full recipe. Will be going to Bodyenegery at Brentwood mall next time I want a smoothie.

I love juice truck but this location smudges the good name in Juice Truck. The two times I tried to order a smoothie I couldn't. Either JT was closed during opening hours or no one was there.Just go to the West 5th location, you will receive amazing service with a friendly atmosphere.

I used to be a regular at this location and my go-tos were: The Green Smoothie and The Green Protein which taste great. However, the last time I was in the store, I decided to try out the The Junior Smoothie. About halfway through my drink, I noticed some small foreign objects. I suspect the dates used in the smoothie were unpitted. I have been hesitant to go back ever since this experience and wanted to share this with others in case you order a smoothie that includes dates.

I’m a regular Juice Truck customer here and other locations but my visit to this location last week will be my last one. I was not impressed by the young girls working there. My first issue was the wait and customer service. I waited to order for about 5 minutes, even though there were two of them working. One was busy chatting with a friend/customer who ordered before me…..What really me very disappointed as a customer was that I had ordered the always tropical and paid to add unflavoured BEC protein. I watched one of the girls (let’s call her Girl A) make it (like putting the ingredients into the blender) … without adding in the protein. Then, the second girl (Girl B) poured the smoothie out into a cup, put it on the counter and said ā€œthe always tropicalā€. I waited at the counter and finally got the attention of Girl A. I asked to clarify if this always tropical was in fact my drink and that there was protein added. She looked confused and said ā€œuhā€¦ā€ and looked over at Girl B. Girl B nodded and said yes. (Hmm….suspicious because she didn’t make this drink). I left with getting side eyes from these girls. Unfortunately I’m too trusting and I was running errands that day and had to leave. Later, after drinking this smoothie, I definitely realized there was no protein added. I’ve had this smoothie before with protein added so I know the difference.I definitely won’t be back to this location if I’m paying $11-$12 per smoothie, adding extra money and being lied to about my drink. I’ve had no issues with other locations so I’ll stick to those ones!
