The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Burnaby

Great service! Prime was delicious. We enjoyed our experience, but the noise level was a little loud for us.

We had a perfect experience celebrating our anniversary. All the staff were lovely and very professional.

Everything food wise was good as always, except for the Billy Miner Pie, it was split between my friend and I on separate plates which was appreciated BUT the plates were both obviously warm and not cold so it melted the ice cream almost instantly, never has that been the case before, which was disappointing.

We have been regular customers of The Keg Burnaby, but last night's experience was deeply disappointing. My 10-year-old son was served water in a glass that had a broken rim — something extremely unsafe and unacceptable for a restaurant of this level. The staff apologized and removed a dessert from the bill, but such a serious health and safety issue should never have happened in the first place. I expected much better quality control from The Keg. When the water was first served, my son was very thirsty and drank it quickly. Because we have always trusted the restaurant's quality and reputation, I didn't think to check the glass before he drank. Later, I was shocked to discover the rim was broken, and when I touched it, small glass fragments actually came off. We immediately reported the issue to the staff, and the glass was taken away right after we pointed it out. Fortunately, I had already taken a clear video and photo of the broken glass as evidence. Although we still paid the bill and left a tip — only because my husband didn't want to make a scene — we were absolutely not satisfied with how this was handled. After returning home, our entire family was extremely anxious and could not sleep all night. We have been closely monitoring our son's condition and have already arranged a medical check-up, as we are genuinely worried that he may have swallowed small glass fragments. This incident has caused serious emotional distress to our family. I sincerely hope the restaurant and The Keg head office take this matter seriously and conduct a thorough investigation to ensure no other family experiences this kind of danger again.

Congratulations to the Burnaby Keg! Great food, great service and a wonderful dining experience. We enjoyed the steak, shepards pie and fine, chilled, bottle of Prosecco. 5 Stars

Went for a dinner date and we were both blown away by the steak and lobster. John, our server, was able to convince us on dessert. It was worth it; a good memory to remember by.

we shared a prime rib and they cut it into two! :) it was good. the Mac and Cheese was pretty average though

Why give us choice of rare prime rib when we can’t get rare prime rib? It’s always medium when we order.

Amazing service, steaks were cooked to perfection and all food was wonderful! Drink menu is not overly impressive:( but the rest makes up for it. Perhaps think of leaving your young children at home for this dinner outing. There was quite alot of screaming, crying and commotion this visit which made for less of a relaxing time.
