I’m a big fan of Peri Peri Shack and a regular customer here, especially for the Peri Nero chicken wings, they’re my absolute favorite! 🔥🍗 Over the last 2–3 months, the food quality has been consistently amazing. The wings taste spot-on every single time, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same person making them. Whoever it is, they’re doing a fantastic job. Consistency like this really stands out. I also want to give a special shoutout to the girl handling billing and packing orders. She’s honestly one of the best I’ve seen at this location. Very welcoming, proactive, confident, and professional. She makes the whole experience pleasant even before the food gets home. I really encourage the management to support and appreciate these team members. When staff are happy and motivated, it shows and it definitely leads to happy customers with full, happy tummies 😄 Keep up the great work!

I ordered the paneer and rice from Peri Peri Shack Burnaby today and it honestly tasted really good. The paneer was soft and had nice flavour, and the rice was fresh and perfectly cooked. The portion was actually decent too. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good but I really enjoyed it. Would definitely order again.

I've eaten here dozens of times, but have never posted about it. I always intend to leave a review; to sing their well-deserved praises for their perpetually perfect poultry product, but I can't. Their service is amazing, their chefs are passionate, their restaurants are clean and comfortable, but there's always a problem.

I ordered 2 slices of Cheesecake Factory cake to go with our meal. They are half the size they used to be and only fill half the takeout box. I think they may be cutting the slices in half and still selling them for the same price. $10. Or the team this evening behind the counter decided to help themselves. Based on my interactions with them I don’t doubt it. I asked the gentleman who handed me my order the price for a coke and his response was he didn’t know. Literally the worst service ever. Hopefully the management will read this and train their staff.
