I have been going to this location for past 15 years…..always good service, last couple of months things have changed. I had concerns, that I brought up with the Supervisor, a young girl. An employee came out and stood in front my car, while I was going thru the drive thru, turned his back to me, pulled out a camera and started filming me, I went in to ask why, the supervisor denied everything, and now when I go is harassing me. Incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate,

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru on 29 November 2025 at around 10:35-40pm and the experience was very disappointing. The person taking the orders was quite rude. She first told us to wait for two minutes before ordering, which we did patiently. But when I began placing my order and tried to add original blend cream to my French Vanilla, she didn’t listen and kept interrupting, asking “What size?” and “Anything else?” without letting me finish.

Because of how rushed and dismissive she was, I ended up not ordering at all and just left the drive-thru. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses the issue.

This is my second time having a bad experience with the Chai Latte at Tim Hortons. I just ordered one, and when I got back to my car and tried it, it was completely tasteless—no chai flavor, no sugar, and no syrup at all. It felt like plain milk. Really disappointed, especially since this has happened before.

The egg and cheese sandwich I ordered had eggshells, the english muffin's texture wasn't fresh.

On the surface, the shop looked clean, but there was an odd smell like something was burnt. Service could be better too.

We had a very disappointing experience today. We were left standing at the counter for over 10 minutes while the employee, Isha, was talking behind the counter even after clearly noticing us. She made no effort to come over or take our order. I had to call out again before another employee finally came to help us.
This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope it is addressed.

I normally don’t eat out very often due to the rising cost of food nowawadays. But Tim
Hortons at market crossing in my opinion is okay. They excel really well for food in great prices and affordable. Today I had to stop by there to get a quick bite to eat but when I went through the drive thru I don’t know if they don’t understand English well or they miss orders but when I ordered on the speaker I specifically asked for a grilled cheese and originally a hot chocolate but they said they were out how? So I got a tea instead but when I got to the pickup window I asked them where’s my grilled cheese and they told me I didn’t order one and I did it’s like they don’t understand English? Anyway I got what I wanted in the end of the day but one thing that I found that really concerned me is just like after eating my grilled cheese from there and tea I felt a little woozy and nauseous not the the point of me throwing up but just a upset stomach. And I had to return there to use their washroom and there washroom is horrific and they didn’t even have toilet paper in there and the washroom was just a basket case . I could blabber on but I think you can get the jist of what I am trying to say . To keep it short I probably won’t come back.

DO NOT GO to this place this is the worst place to go for coffee and food. people working here behave like we grab ur money but dont give a dam about ur food they serve. Coffe and other items are just 90% water its better i had hot water at home.
