I order food here many times a week, for convenience. The food is always disappointing. The wraps I order most of the times do not have the sauce even after reminding them that it should have sauce. If it has sauce, it is no longer a wrap but it is a sea of sauce on one side of the wrap and the other side dried as a desert. The hashbrown in the morning are never fresh, they are soggy and break down to the touch, cold. I am no longer coming back here and will be going to the Glenn Lyon park that is 2 mins away. The only good thing about this place is the Asian lady that passes the food through the window. Super nice and caring. Always welcoming and warm.

I come in many times a week for breakfast via the drive through. Every time I order a wrap, it comes without the sauce (which it should) or it would have one side heavy on sauce and the other side dried. The hashbrowns are never fresh (They are soggy and crumble to the touch). The service is alright but there is one lady that usually hands me the food in the mornings and she is the best part of this restaurant. Always saying good morning and super caring. There should be more people like her at this place. At this point, I come at this location for convenience because of the drive through, but I might just start going to the Glen Lyon location for better food.

Would give this dump zero stars if it was an option …. I waited for almost 7 minutes before leaving … I was the only customer inside …. I truly do not know why people still choose to come to Tim hortins .. the food is absolutely garbage , the service and cleanliness are disgraceful. Walked across the street to Starbucks and was warmly greeted and out the door with my coffee in under 60 seconds…

This location seriously needs new staff. Level of incompetence is insane. Between handling my muffins with their bare hands, not knowing how to ring a gift card thru, and when I ordered decaf tea they put decaf tea bags inside a cup of COFFEE?! Really?! Shame on this entire location. What a joke.

I really appreciate Tim Hortons not only for their friendly staff and great coffee but also for their efforts to protect the environment. The employees are always welcoming and provide quick, helpful service. I’ve noticed they use eco-friendly cups and encourage recycling, which shows they care about reducing waste. It’s great to see a popular brand take steps to be more sustainable while still offering delicious food and drinks. Tim Hortons is a place I enjoy visiting, knowing they care about both customers and the planet.

Not a bad location but mobile orders should be handled better. We were waiting mindlessly at where the sign says mobile pick up but ended up picking up our order from normal kiosk pick up desk after speaking to cashier. It turned they had our drink ready just kept them there. This is a bad practice needlessly.

This outlet is #1, of any Tim's I have been too. The communication and superior management, shows in all the staffs faces. You smile and all the staff that see you smile back .
