I come here all the time as I work in the complex, and most of the staff are great but I've notice alot of the times I get the wrong order in my food and the line up in drive thru is so long that I don't have time to go back and get the right food

Enjoyed our ice Capps, pizza, club sandwich. Delicious and good service. Sandwich nice and crispy. Came again and enjoyed lemonade and honey crueller. Came again for orange drink and crueller. Then later for club sandwich and ice caps. Came again for ice caps, sparkling orange drink, cheese twist, herb pastry which was all delicious

Washrooms were not cleaned at all , tables weren’t cleaned. The customer has to clean by themselves to enjoy their food. looks like there is no care in cleanliness at all , please provide a great service for your customers to create a clean and maintain place ..

Your manager (woman) is probably worse than the other staff....clueless and does not care at all.
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE ISSUE, BEFORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I ordered a bunch of breakfast sandwiches for the family and this location again runs out of biscuits… like seriously what is going on 😂
I’ve been coming to market crossing for years. This Timmy location use to be so vibrant and busy, with amazing staff and service.
But these past 12 months the service has been very challenging. The staff does not call or check for people standing at the mobile pickup area. They don’t replenish items and let you know it will be available again at a certain time. They dilute the soups to yield more. Now these are just a few things.
One day during the holidays I saw a male worker reef out a senior citizen couple.
I miss the days when car clubs use to come here for cars and coffee. It was a great place to eat, chat, study.
The owner needs to hire staff that care. That are attentive. Reliable. Hospitable.
Customer care standards here have failed miserably. This is why I bring my own Lysol wipes now.
