I went there with my friend around 6:30 pm. We were the only ones there and another person came in after us.The place was unkempt in that the floors were messy, napkins and crumbs on the floor and it looked like it needed a good mop.The table were ALL messy and needed a wipe down.The garbage was overflowing.I brought this to the attention of the worker at the cash.I did not want to sit in but did end up having my tea in as I wanted to visit with my friend.This place could do so much better.The couches by the fire place is worn and ripped. I chose not to sit there even though I would have liked to.I hope this improves.

Slowest Tim Hortons ever. The staff was busy talking with each other and some were on phone. I waited 10 minutes for a bagel. Even it was not at all busy.

If you order dark roast coffee here, you'll only get original roast...even if you ask ahead of time if they have dark roast, they just give you regular...not only was it the worst coffee we had ever tasted from Tim Hortons...we just dumped it down the sink and made our own at home which tasted a million times better...all the donuts in the display looked like they were made two days ago, all old and dried up...looks like they should be thrown out...nothing is fresh here, nothing tastes good the employees have zero customer service and hands down it is the worst time hortons in the area....management should be fired and owners should have this franchise taken away. 0 stars...
