Because it is a small part of the gas station its hard to creat an atmosphere. I liked the convenience of the location. The ladies made it a joy to get my tea every morning. No mistake with the order and fast service.

There was some big blonde lady instructing staff and barking orders....all the white she had no hair tie or hair net...big head of dyed blond hair flying around the food prep area....no wonder Tim's sucks,the upper mgmt is teaching poor behavior

Ordered many times from them with uber and my orders are usually wrong.
From wrong bread to missing items like sausage or bacon.. or getting someone else's order.
The staff needs better training reading orders correctly. This is unacceptable.

I went to this Tim Hortons around 1 PM today and had a terrible experience. There was just one person ahead of me in line, and both of us ended up walking out because no one came to assist. One staff member was busy brooming, and the other completely ignored us—not even a simple acknowledgment. This level of poor customer service is absolutely unacceptable. If you can't attend to your customers, you might as well shut the place down. Either Tim Hortons doesn’t pay its employees enough to care, or they’re just hiring the wrong kind of people. Very disappointing.

The service was disaster, Crew behave like they own this Tiny Tim Hortons. Even supervisor are useless. Never coming back here. Dont waste your time visiting here. You will regret it. This time hortons shouldn't exist here. Zero Customer Service etiquettes to Staff and Management.

It's always crowded but the service is faster than in other places, the food is what you expect from a Tim Hortons, the coffee is good, in this one they listen to what you order (sometimes they won't). But as an everyday fast coffee, it's good.

🥤 Inconsistent drinks, but quick service.
The taste of the drinks really depends on who's working that day—sometimes they're great, other times just average.

It often gets crowded because of the line from the neighboring shop. The place isn’t very clean, and there’s no seating area.

On the bright side, there’s parking available and they prepare orders quickly. Just be aware that there are often quite a few homeless individuals around the area.

For being in a gas station the manager does her best with her staff to make your experience the fastest and most enjoyable . Very friendly ,courteous and highly efficient! I kept going back almost on an everyday basis because of the manager's treatment to the public.
