I mentioned four times that I needed an extra hash brown and paid for it, yet it was still not included in the bag. This is extremely frustrating. The staff needs to be more attentive and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly. I sincerely hope there will be improvement moving forward

Insane the difference between the Filipino crew and the Indian crew.. always a pleasure when the Filipino ladies take my order, can’t say the same for the Indian lady unfortunately.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s visit to this Tim Hortons was terrible. We ordered 4 drinks, and not a single one was made properly. Nothing was stirred, everything tasted off, and when we asked about it, the employee just handed us a stir stick instead of fixing the drinks. On top of that, the sugar was still way too low, and when we mentioned it, he told us we should “order more sugar next time.” That’s ridiculous — every other Tims manages to get it right without any issue. The employee was unpleasant, rude, and arrogant, and honestly didn’t seem to care at all.
Really disappointing service. Won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Because it is a small part of the gas station its hard to creat an atmosphere. I liked the convenience of the location. The ladies made it a joy to get my tea every morning. No mistake with the order and fast service.

There was some big blonde lady instructing staff and barking orders....all the white she had no hair tie or hair net...big head of dyed blond hair flying around the food prep area....no wonder Tim's sucks,the upper mgmt is teaching poor behavior

Ordered many times from them with uber and my orders are usually wrong. From wrong bread to missing items like sausage or bacon.. or getting someone else's order. The staff needs better training reading orders correctly. This is unacceptable.
