No more honey, no more chamomile, staff barely speak English, dirty tables, cheapening out with ingredients ie. Chai Tea. We’re done , used to be regulars , no more.

I went there twice and ordered a bacon farmers wrap with extra Chipotle and both times they gave me no Chipotle sauce. I thought the first time was a mishap but the second time was just annoying.

I was charged $.80 per protein milk shot 4x in one cup of coffee. That's $3.20 for milk.... seriously? Was that a mistake?
I haven't gone back since. I miss the omelet bites. The coffee is a comfort. Being lactose intolerant, I'm unwilling to have regular milk in my coffee and I won't pay $3 for the privilege of lactose-free milk.
I hope this changes if it wasn't a mistake.

Went in around 8.30am . Place was not too busy. We placed our order and food came out fast. The farmers brekkie was delicious as well as the honey donut. Staff were all pleasant and had lovely smiles. Place was also clean. Kudos

I ordered from the app for a wrap, ice crap and sea salt wedge. And waiting for a while and was told no sea salt wedge. Then, was offered a garlic bread and wanted to charge me more. I had to leave and didn't get refund. It wasn't busy at all. Not a good service from the person on that night. Oct 15, 2025 8:50pm.
I'm adding another order I made from the app on Oct 30, 10:51am. When I arrived, again waiting a while after 11am, a person told me is after breakfast hour and they don't make the sausage scramble egg croissant. This definitely an issue from the system and the process in this location. Again, offered refund but was taking a while to figure out the difference. So almost 20mins, I had to leave and with no breakfast and no refund.
Why there is no process and training to make this common situation smoother and compensate the customer as quick as possible? Only few dollars but leave an unhappy customer.
