I brought icecap here almost every day, for sure some worker here know me very well, it’s nothing happen in summer, but in winter time I think not much people buy icecap then the icecap is go wrong, taste is like sour, over date. It’s probably not many people buy then they keep it in machine to sell for next day that’s why….
I drink almost everyday so I know the taste very well,
Today I really upset because this is second times I got this experience again 😡 the first time happened to me I came back to complain… I told with worker tell your manager don’t let this thing happen again pls. Then I got Food poisoning and
Feeling nauseous for two days.
But I still sympathy for them because I thought after I complain with them I think they will get experience, so I still came back brought the icecap for next few more times is ok, but today the taste sour happened with me again I felt mad then I throw the icecap right away. This time I don’t want come back the store to complain, I went another store brought again the taste is not sour like this… I got so mad because wasted my time and money, gas, have to drives back and forth then just throw it… the store in Lougheed they don’t sell icecap in winter time… if you don’t have enough customers to buy icecap in winter time don’t sell it is better. At least I don’t have problems with health… or manager should check it every day… this fault of the manager, this business will lose many customers because of the manager.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location around 2 PM Sunday dec 8th. The employee working the day shift, particularly a white girl, was incredibly rude. Despite the store not being busy, she behaved as though she owned the place, throwing tantrums at customers left and right. To make matters worse, every employee there seemed to be fighting with each other, except for the thin white guy who actually appeared calm and professional. The overall management seemed poor, giving the impression that this is one of the worst-run Tim Hortons I’ve encountered. This kind of behavior damages Tim Hortons’ reputation. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was undeniably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

This is my first time at Timholton today. I've been looking forward to going there, and today was "the day". And I had the worst service experience of any cafe I've ever been to. The staff threw me a cup of coffee as if it had come out, and as a result, all the hot coffee came out through a hole in the lid entrance, making my hands so hot. For that staff member, I may be one of the many customers she meet during the day, but I hope you don't forget to be so kind as to know that the experience of ordering Timholton's coffee is a one-time event for someone.

It's not fancy. But it's a good meeting spot. Nice place to hang out with your car or motorcycle 🏍. Also, a decent drive thru car wash behind 👍

It took 45 min to make my breakfast I will never go there again I almost got fired for being late !
I worked here 2.5 years ago, and I quit in 2 days. The manager Anny is a horrible person to be sitting at a managerial position. She was so rude on the first day itself. She doesn't want the employees to talk in their own language amongst themselves (which is acceptable) but she kept talking in her native language with the other employees. She did not provide any training, or any sort of learning. She mistreats the employees, the customers and everyone around her. Tim Hortons should take an action or this branch will not see any progress with the kind of leader they have (Anny). Terrible terrible manager.
Truly deserves zero stars. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Why does it take 20 mins to toast one damn bagel. Meanwhile worker are walking around in a daze with no sense of urgency what so ever. Standing around doing nothing, not helpful at all. I don’t even think they knew where they were. Must have been stoned or something. By far the worst Tim’s I’ve ever been too. Do not come here.

Bad service. Worst wrap I’ve ever ate from Tim’s.
You can't complain about Tim Hortons in North Burnaby. A place I like to grab morning coffee and treats heading to work.
Parking: Easy to access parking lot

Slow, slow, slow.
No lineup today and it still takes over 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich combo. This isn't fast food

This specific Tim Hortons struggles to keep up with local demand. Lines are often very long, quite slow, and bakery products can run out frequently.

I waited for so long for a simple order and it was not at all busy but the food came out very late and it was cold and not well made. These Indians need to learn better.
