Awful experience. Extremely slow and understaffed service. Took forever to get a single iced capp and the worker was a mess back there. They all looked lost and confused and overwhelmed. Please do better. Saturday mornings should be better prepared for a morning rush. This was extremely embarrassing to witness. A lot of disappointment all around. SOOOOOO BADDDDDDDD NEVER GO HERE THIS IS EVEN WORSE 25 MINUTES LATER STILL WAITING AND ITS CHAOS THIS IS THE WORST TIM HORTONS EXPERIENCE ANY OF US HAVE EVER HAD

I asked for my coffee without ice, but the staff told me it was against their policy and gave it to me with ice anyway. At other Tim Hortons locations, they have no problem removing the ice, so I don’t understand why only this store has such a policy. While the staff weren’t openly rude and maintained politeness, the way they handled it still felt very disrespectful.

The staff denied my modification request. I wanted a latte without ice and said it’s store policy that we don’t modify anything. Other staff modified my coffee without any issues previously. On top, they were rude.

Have dropped in to many Tim Hortons’ locations across Canada with the Missus. Thought this location was relatively clean and bright with plenty of parking. We had no issue ordering via the kiosk and service went smoothly. Though it would have been nice to have a couple napkins included with our food order or at least have a dispenser for self-serve. Otherwise, a pleasant breakfast visit.
Love to come here for my tea as they make the best tea among the Timmy I have visited so far.
