Baked good is never ready in the morning around 6:30am.
I just bought an ice coffee and it is soooo bitter . Firstly i asked for survey coupons and the guy didn’t know what was it. He easily said they don’t have anything like that . And this guy was so busy talking to other girls and made a rubbish coffee for me . So disappointed. I usually get my coffee in the morning and the girls are very nice but this guy just ruined everything.

I ordered 2 bagels toasted and I was given 2 bagels that were freezing cold. I ask politely for them to remake and they took my untoasted bagels and microwaved it and served it back to me. It’s embarrassing how low the standards of Tim’s has gotten.
