I ordered 2 bagels toasted and I was given 2 bagels that were freezing cold. I ask politely for them to remake and they took my untoasted bagels and microwaved it and served it back to me. It’s embarrassing how low the standards of Tim’s has gotten.

I dont usually comment but it just disappointing that for the 2nd time I experience this. I ordered xl dark roast coffee and put 2 cream and 1 sugar their coffee is to cold and doesn't taste dark roast at ALL!!. I dont know how long it was sitting there and they are not following they're protocol to throw it at certain hr. Tims Company should look over it this damaging their image. I dont know if the Staff are just to lazy to make new coffee or the management are saving money not to throw it away even it past its certain hr.

I had a terrible experience at this Tim Hortons location. I was assisted by Chahat, and the service was far from acceptable. I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream, but what I received was completely watered down with no cream at all. When I approached Chahat for assistance, instead of helping, she started making faces, which was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Very disappointing visit!

Can’t believe I was glad nobody came out to take my order while waiting for 10 mins. I had the opportunity to look inside the display and notice the fruit flies having the time of their life on every single donut inside. Walked out promptly.

I ordered Vanilla Latte and while I was drinking, I felt something weird. The taste was a bit different but I ignored. After I finished the whole coffee, something came in mouth and I took it out to have a look and it was kind of wax. I tried calling them but no one responded. This is the very first time it happened. Hope it doesn’t affect my health. Be cautious guys…. no idea what TOM HORTONS is adding in your drinks and beverages.

Id give .5 stars if possible. You'd think that an hour after open youd be able to get baked good with out waiting long but alas none are made and its 550am. Its been a few years now atleast on saturdays consistently. Sucks if you are a weekend morning commuter

They have underground parking and tables to sit down at this Tim Hortons, downside, very busy inside and packed. Not very loud though
