I do not know if they changed owners or what here, I used order all the time from here through Uber Eats. I started to get incorrect orders or half filled drinks over past year. My last order is going to be my last order for this location. The photo shows a grilled cheese which would be fine if it was not supposed be a BACON grilled cheese. Yes it was a BOGO but it is cheese, mayo, bacon and bread if you miss bacon on 1 maybe i can see it but both shows a level on incompetence of amazing levels. I have had more issues with this location then any other location. My order was last Saturday Nov 22nd 2025 but it took me this long to be able to write a composed review of this horrible location. I will leave work and walk to the location further away in future as they have professional staff that can handle 4 items on a order. So thanks for being consistently bad and saving me money and time.

Absolutely disgusting. I was waiting to be served, the server was cleaning the microwave and the sink without gloves on. She then sees me, leaves the dirty sponge and comes to serve me. I ordered Tim bits, she grabbed that plastic sheet to grab the bits, but ended up touching the timbits and everything. HOW CAN YOU WORK IN THE FOOD INDISTRY AND NOT KNOW TO WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE SERVING CUSTOMERS. It makes you think what else she touches and cleans before serving customers. It was the only employee there on November 26 at 7:35 PM. She shouldn’t be working in the food industry.

Food and location was good. I don't like the service. I could barely hear what the indian woman said, she can't explain well what I asked. Then I asked for 2 creamer in my coffee, she mumbled something else and I just wanted to end the conversation quickly so I said yes. Apparently she had said ' and 2 sugar? 'Cos I saw 2C2S on my coffee lid. so I ended up having 2 sugar in my coffee:( why would you assume I want sugar, I would have said it. Please get someone who can speak English clearly.
Sumeet is rude and uneducated about the products they sell at this location, argued with me that there is no decaf tea whatsoever and then rudely told me to remember thr name of it
