They are very slow. They miss orders from Uber. They started when I arrived restaurant after 15 minutes waiting and driving from another Tim Horton branch.

I order a breakfast bagle with no cheese and no egg , I had to repeat my self many times as she keep messing my order up. They for got to double toast and butter it. Hash brown under cook sticking to paper, I had to throw it away. Donuts are old and stale and not properly glazes, service is horrible and there supposed to change there gloves every time they do a new task, she did not change her gloves after she changed the garbage and I called her out on it and she out right lied even though i was watching her the hole time. This location is absolutely awful and I will not go back as all my Experience were a FAIL. I really miss the old ppl that worked there because food was fresh and most staff friendly and better service.

Worst experience. I ordered a grilled cheese with Icecapp. The grilled cheese bread was the worst. One of the pieces of bread was half the size of the other piece of bread like they were using different bread for both sides!! They also put barely any cheese at all. Took us at least 16 mins for 2 items. Even the Icecapp tastes weird. I asked for ketchup packets and they literally gave me 2?! How cheap are you? Also terrible service and theres a group of people surrounding the tim hortons.

Hot chocolate was okay. He took forever to make the bagel, and when i tried to take a bite it was way too stale to eat. I didn’t get more than a few bites, and it didn’t taste good.

They still advertise for pumpkin spice cold brew and ice Capp - I even asked if they had it when ordering and was told yes - they did not - this location is often messy & not clean sitting

Lined up for long time, the customer in front of me ordered some food and the cashier made it to him. When was my time to order food he told me that he couldn’t make food anymore. Bad service. The other guy was just in front of me.
