We are here almost everyday always see smiling and welcoming faces which includes Akash the most humble guy ,Husan,Jashan ,Rupinder specifically whole team in the evening and night shift.We would appreciate if you hire such a a nice team in the morning shift where we had the worse experience with assistant manager Gauri with zero customer service on top extremely rude.Wondering how she can be an assistant manager?

I’m here at 10:36am Friday Nov7th 2024,Ordered broccoli soup ,Timbits,Steep tea double double.Had worse experience with the server named Gauri ,Soup was way watery not cooked when I asked her get me something she offered refund instead on top she was mouthy for good 5 minutes very rude .Im a regular costumer never had any problem.Instead of being humble she had no customer service.Never gonna come again .

Very very very very very very very bad service Made the mistake in order twice and the second time told my croissant Is not hearted the senior I seems glared at me for saying what’s wrong. And I thing is the store is not even busy.Doesn’t even deserve one start tbh

This was Oct 19 2024 at 3PM PST. Cup cover had some coffee spilt on top when served. I ordered French Vanilla and it tasted like water with some hints of coffee and sugar. There were lots of tissues around trash bin area.

While no one was standing in line, I had to approximately wait 10 minutes. No exaggeration. The workers taking time talking and chilling. Looked at me 3~ 4 times while standing in line. Seems like many people left review regarding this similar matter and the place wasn't clean as well..
And I also noticed the worker was changing the coffee filter with bare hand after handling the machine from the casher.

Hi everyone, man like commando I give order to my potato chips, he gives me burn out potato I have hurry I can’t look very bad taste and old steve tea, so please management give him more training told him customer very valuable for Tim Hortons thx

Was meeting a friend for coffee. Plenty of parking. I didn't think it was that busy at the time. Seems to be understaffed? A bit disorganized. I had an order moved up with someone else's.

I congratulate the manager of this Tim Horton's branch, you are the most unworthy manager in the world.???
I came to this branch today and it was a disaster here, both the service and the behavior of the employees and the cleanliness.
I was the only person in line and it took 10 to 15 minutes for them to take my order. If they were working, it wouldn't be a problem, but they were standing next to each other, talking and laughing, and it didn't matter to them at all that I was on the line. The health condition was a disaster, everywhere was full of stains and dirt, and the floor was full of paper towels. I can't explain the state of the toilet at all. The photo I took seems to be the best explanation that exists.
The sewage is much better and cleaner than here. I took several photos, which unfortunately I cannot upload here, but I will upload the same message on Tim hortons app.
