The regular staff here are always great, friendly, and make consistent coffees and sandwiches. They are 5 stars.
I don't often leave reviews but there's some staff I see at weekends and today was the second time I had to throw out a coffee in the past while.
Some cold brews like the caramel toffee are meant to be half and half - but it's just slapped together and the cream was actually clumpy. It tasted horrible. Disgusting.

It's a Tim Hortons! The food will always okay with their timbits, donuts, etc. It's a take-out place, but they have some seating in front as part of the mall. It's the only Tim Hortons in the area, so no choice!

We just called your head office and filed a complaint on Wed, Dec 4. I ordered the cappuccino with croissant which I activated the offer. I used my app to scan and paid. I asked the cashier why it's so much and I activated the offer. She said the system didn't work and there was nothing she could do. I just let go.
Then, my husband used his app to order the breakfast combo. When he looked at the receipt, he said hash brown was missing. The lady with eye glasses preparing beverage yelled at him and said he didn't ordered clearly. My husband said it's not the first time. He even showed the cashier the offer details on the app before he ordered. That staff yelled him back like he was a beggar asking for free food.
Both your scanner and your staff are total failures. We won't come back and you don't care because your staff said they were too busy!
