Great experience.Staffs are really friendly. My coffee was messed up, upon raising the issue, they replaced it immediately. There is a tall middle aged gentleman, who is always smiling and asking for customers concern if anyone have any issue.Wish every time would have this gesture.Dreawbacks-the place is small, line up looks scary even it is 3 person waiting.

This location needs to expand into a bigger space. Popular timmies in the mall, and always a long line up in the mornings. Staff are courteous but under a lot of pressure and doing their best. Be kind.

The construction workers practically are here every day trough out all morning and afternoon. No room to sit and eat your food, most of them sit with there groups for hours and use it as a hang out spot now. They are very loud and have no manners. Very inconsiderate to the rest of the customers. This Tim Hortons has no organization or any law whatsoever. There should be limited timing now for sitting at least. Can the owners do something about this.

My husband is not a very sweet drink person, but thank you so much to plan for recommending the hazelnut and he made it really very nice for him so five star and
Average Tim Hortons!☕ Menu items are the same as every other Tim Hortons. The team is quick and efficient as always, and I got my order in a reasonable time. There is no in-store seating, however, there are a few tables and chairs in the mall hallway. I prefer going one floor up to the food court, where it is a better atmosphere and more comfortable seating.

Always closed everytime I go. Doesn't open till 9am who starts there day after 9am??? And closes at 6pm? What a joke not even off work at that point . Mightaswell just shut down the Tim's and let a real store that's willing to be open rent the spot out . I've wasted my time multiple times and today after a 13 hour shift and to go there at 7:45 pm desperately wanting a coffee so walking 5 mins out of my way to see it's closed I decided . Fk this place I'm done it gets 1 star . Would put 0 if possible

Maybe half of staffs are nice and respectful but the rest of them are not unfortunately. Also the quality is staff by staff.. i like their weekdays morning staffs.. friendly and professional.
