Awful experience. My order was entered wrong, and when I calmly said it wasn’t what I ordered, the staff member got defensive and scoffed at me. She reluctantly remade it—only for it to come back missing the hash brown and burnt. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
The place was also very filthy. Won’t be returning.

The box was so greasy on the outside like it was picked from the garbage. Give me no fork I had to complain to get one. This place is just better just get coffee only I don’t know how clean this people are. Sausage was burned and they put so little portion. Who even watches this people.

We ordered a white hot chocolate, but the girl served us a regular one instead. When I saw the same girl next time, I politely mentioned, 'You might have made a mistake last time, so just keep an eye on it.' Her reaction was unbelievably rude. When she brought out the order, she snapped at me, saying, 'The screen is right there, check your own order; it's not our job to do it for you. I know her name as well but do nat want to male any trouble for her.
