Just got 2 coffee from this TIM location.. i always get coffee so I know how my order tastes. I asked for espresso foam on top as I always get from other locations. The guy who was making my order was telling another co worker “do we even have espresso foam” in HINDI.. I didn’t think too much about it. I was in a hurry so I came to my car and drove off. But when I tried the coffee it wasn’t espresso foam they just added regular cream or whatever.. if you don’t have something just let the customer know so that they can choose something else. Do they think people are DUMB to not know the difference between regular cream and espresso foam ??

Very nice and fast service . I went to this location around 9pm this night and i ordered ice Capp and ham and cheddar sandwich that was very delicious and the girl who making my food is so welcoming and i really like the service of this store . Appreciate !

I've been standing in line for over 10 minutes and I saw a sign with a QR code telling me to leave a Google review.
Please provide sufficient staff levels during peak hours, you have two tills here I've never seen you use the other one. The QR code also doesn't work for me, it just opens my Tim's app

Extremely unprofessional staff at the store. The Person named as Ravinder denied giving the service slip. When I asked the reason, He simply it's our store Policy. This is really bulshit reason and Afterwards, He didn't serve the coffee with polite manner. He was just listening the songs and didn't care about the customers present there.
These people are denying the image of old legacy coffee brand of Canada.

Terrible service, had to wait 45 additional minutes for my online order that I had placed 15 min in advance. Was ignored at the counter and had to ask multiple people for the three things that I ordered.
I’ve been coming here for a long time. Today was the final breaking point. I will never come back here again 15 minutes to get a coffee. One worker had to make eight sandwiches. This is the second time this has happened to me and I refuse to come back here and support these people.

This operation is run down and you can see the owner not wanting to spend any money on making the place inviting. The only reason they are getting any vistors at all is the location. Close to a hotel. Slow service and the management just do care. Lined up for 15 minutes to get ICE CAP for crew then found out ice machine is down. Will not not come back again.

I have rarely gone to Tim's as I thought of It as a McDonald's type place. The other day I went because I had a gift card. I got a slow cooked chicken wrap one of many choices. It was delicious! It was also reasonably priced. I even went back a second time shortly after.
