I have been coming to this Tims for a year now and I can easily say, it is one of the best I have been to. I think you guys forgot to train your night staff, they are a bit rude but I love the morning and the evening folks. Always a fun experience and I love chatting with them.

I just had the most horrible customer service at Tim Hortons, Lougheed, BC (next to Trevor Linden Club16 Fitness).

The Order:
I ordered and paid by debit transaction at the cashier for a small cold brew. I waited 20 mins to get my order.

I inquired from the staff as to how long I have to wait for my simple order as many customers after me in the line got served their orders. I was asked 3 times what I ordered, if it was a mobile order, and when I showed the staff the registered transaction from my TD App, they still did not believe me.

They finally decided to check their register for past orders and realized their mistake, but it took a lot of back and forth to plead my case.

I will request to see the Manager, the next time I come there because I attend the Club16 Gym regularly.

I refuse to be treated with such disregard for such a simple issue, and I was NOT offered any apologies for the inconvenience caused.

This is totally unacceptable!

1/5 stars - what a total mess at this Tim Hortons! Went in for a quick coffee and snack, but Palak at the counter managed to turn it into a mini nightmare. First, I waited for like 5 minutes just to order - she was clearly too busy chatting with her coworker to bother with customers. Not exactly the Tim Hortons experience I'm used to.
Maybe stick to the spinach dishes, Palak, and leave the customer service to someone else 🙄.

Your Tim Hortons located at Lougheed by Gilmore in BBY service is not vert good. This is the second time they have not given my compete order which I paid for, no receipt and no napkins. Please train these people. I mean how fricken hard is it to get the correct order to people, Tim Hortons rakes in a lot and doesn't need people walking away feeling cheated.

Well not what I expected from Tim Hortons . Staff at this Tim Hortons were snooty and rude … asking me hurry up in deciding my muffin is not cool . So I ordered a pumpkin muffin and 20 pack of Timbits well the muffin was delicious the timbits were stale !! Maybe this Tims needs to stop look in the mirror and remind themselves that they are in the customer service industry and representing Tim Hortons the best they could should be on their minds. ..
3 stars today !!

The washroom at this place is in terrible shape—so much so that even a good cleaning probably wouldn’t help! It’s old, dirty, and really needs some serious attention. On top of that, I ordered a sandwich and a coffee, but neither came as expected. I had requested cream for my coffee but didn’t get any, and the sandwich was made with the wrong type of bread. Very disappointing overall!

Everytime I order a coffee through door dash they add butter to the coffee, even though it was never ordered that way. DoorDash won’t refund the coffee. It’s very frustrating.
