The way she speak with customers it is like her temp on the edge. I would give her 0 or service. The lady who works at night on Saturday.

Worst service ever. No sense of urgency or even care from Staff.
It took 18 minutes (5:45 pm - 6:03 pm) for the line to move and for my order to be taken. A total of 5 people ahead of me. All that got drinks or ready made pastries. And then another 8 minutes for my tea to be ready.

They seem to always have run out of oat milk? Maybe order a bigger supply? Everyone is also hardly moving. I can see my foods ready, I’m the only one waiting and they’re just standing there

Lack of professionalism from the staff. Talking very loudly in their own language for the customers to hear.

This is honestly the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately, they almost never get the order on time and after getting you to wait for a long time they end up giving the wrong order. It has happened to me multiple times, and my husband has experienced the same issue over and over again. What’s even more frustrating is that it often feels like the staff don’t pay attention to the details or simply don’t care about getting the order correct and they don’t value the customer’s time.
The disappointing part is that this location is the closest one to our home, yet we usually end up driving farther just to avoid the hassle, or we give up entirely and go to Starbucks or McDonald’s instead.
We really hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service, because the location is convenient and has so much potential. Customers shouldn’t have to double-check every order or make extra trips just to get what they asked for.

I drank a double double from here. It was just stale. It had no taste. It was just like water.

This the worst Tim’s in my area. For both delivery and dine in. The food is stale and never clean tables. For delivery my tea is never made, I have to make it.

An employee named Jashan has made every visit unpleasant.
She never listens to orders until the end and treats customers in a very dismissive way.
Honestly, I really dislike interacting with her, and because of her, I don’t want to come back to this Tim Hortons.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
A female employee made a racist and inappropriate comment about me and my order. It was disrespectful, unprofessional, and honestly shocking to experience in 2026. If employees can’t treat customers with basic decency and respect, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Management seriously needs to step up and train their staff better. I will not be returning.

Not recommended at all. Staff is all over the place. Don't know how to manage the orders. Wonder why Tims are going down

Their coffee consistently tastes horrible. The latte I got today was soooo watery! I also saw flies near the donuts
