My daughters’ dance class is just up the parking lot. I have been coming here for many years. Moderate service, some staff are very friendly. During busy times, when they make mistakes, they will correct them quickly without any argument (at least, that's what I've observed). The location is very convenient, as long as no major food handling and food safety problems happen, I will keep coming back.

I did not have a good experience here. I mobile ordered a london fog tea with oat milk and went to pick it up on my lunch break. I got in the car and drank some only to realize it was coffee not tea and not sure if it had milk in it but I cant have milk so I had to circle the block and go back. Told the girl at the counter it was wrong as they gave me coffee instead of tea and she just stared at me and then finally said she would remake it and maybe someone took it. She remade it and gave it to me and I went outside and looked in the cup and she just made me the same thing which was wrong! Coffee again... im not sure if they were out of tea but they should just say that then so they made me the wrong drink twice. I didn't have time to ask again as I had to go back to work but I'm really not impressed! Wasted money on a drink i can't drink as I don't trust she used oat milk even and I can't afford to chance it. Had to throw away. Never had an issue with other locations and the lack of service or attention to detail is abysmal !

Just got 2 coffee from this TIM location.. i always get coffee so I know how my order tastes. I asked for espresso foam on top as I always get from other locations. The guy who was making my order was telling another co worker “do we even have espresso foam” in HINDI.. I didn’t think too much about it. I was in a hurry so I came to my car and drove off. But when I tried the coffee it wasn’t espresso foam they just added regular cream or whatever.. if you don’t have something just let the customer know so that they can choose something else. Do they think people are DUMB to not know the difference between regular cream and espresso foam ??
