Got lied on the face by staff and supervisor. That script you tell to every customer when they have complains are classic . We have been regularly getting coffee here but today was incredibly disappointing. Drinks were very bland. It surely is a busy location which is understandable but they should serve quality products. they even fail to clean up and mop spilled beverages which can be a safety issue for their customers. Renovation done but no upgrade with service and consistency on products

I have a strong complaint about sanitation in this location, twice I get a breakfast in different seasons and I have a strong diarrea, I believe are the eggs, I believe that you guys don't clean often the pan or the tools that you use for handling eggs, I very disappointed and I prefer to go other store to buy again in this location.

I came here to order a brown sugar protein iced latte so i went to the cashier and pull out my phone to point what i want exactly to order and she’s like go wait there without even taking my order and she starts to talk to her coworker and when i told her that she didn’t take my order she acts like she didn’t hear me so i asked a different person to take my order so she takes my order and when i got my order it was wrong, horrible service in overall. After that experience i will never order from the cashier and i will be ordering online from now on.
