The girl serving orders (Kamal) is very rude and behaves very unprofessionally. I ordered last week and while waiting for my order I asked her for cup of water she ignored me twice and she was delivering orders like throwing orders. I asked for my bagel after waiting for 6 mins and she did not check with order making person and kept on saying 'it's coming'. When someone came from back to deliver my order she yelled on her. I don't know how other employees survive with her. I also work in food court and I have never seen a person with unprofessional language and rubbish attitude.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons at Metropolis Metrotown mall. I ordered a box of donuts, and the Indian staff member picking them up was using a small piece of parchment paper. Unfortunately, her thumb still touched the donuts directly while placing them in the box. This is very unhygienic and not something I expect when buying food. Proper food handling should always be a priority, especially in a busy location like this. Definitely not a good experience, and I hope management addresses this issue quickly.

Firstly the new renovations are very nice. It looks clean and modern and are a nice welcome. That is where all of that ends. I wanted to order a pineapple dragonfruit frozen quencher, but they ran out which made sense I guess since it was a couple hours before closing. So they made me a strawberry quencher. It was not great. The drink was not blended correctly and was very watery. There was one staff member which was not very welcoming either. I also visited this location another time after the reno, but last time they were not serving food at all.

I ordered a drink that is made with shaved ice, like a smoothie but with coffee, usually it would be a dry texture but what I asked for and what I got was really different. Instead of my original order I got a drink that tasted like whipped cream with caffeine and a thick texture. I hope they bring back the old version.

The manager at this Tim Hortons ( kamal ) has one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. She talks down to people, speaks rudely in front of customers, and acts like she owns the place. It’s not the first time i seen her talking rubbish to her co workers. Meanwhile , when she notices that anyone or someone is noticing her while delivering her order , she exaggerates everything and behaves like she’s the horse rider of the store. The language she uses is completely unprofessional and low-grade, which makes the whole environment for the customers sitting in the dining area or waiting for the orders feel toxic and disrespectful. Instead of leading by example, she behaves as if the store runs only because of her, which is both arrogant and unacceptable. This is not how a manager should treat staff or represent the Tim Hortons name.
