This location has changed, not in a good way in the last quarter. Sandwich maker in the morning today missed important ingredients in my food. The wrapper was covered in oil, and the time waiting cannot be taken back. I normally go to this location before work but I will find somewhere else that values their customers.

The weekday morning crew at this location is great. Always seems to be properly staffed and everyone working hard! I usually mobile order, but the staff are always very fast and friendly. The Filipino manager or supervisor (I think her name is Gladys?) is really nice, remembers me, and always helps expedite my order.
This must be really difficult to work at (close to skytrain, lots of unhoused individuals, and mental health/drug use), but the staff seem to treat everyone with dignity and respect. I've never felt unsafe coming here.
Pretty standard as far as food quality goes. Can’t expect much from Tim’s. One of the better locations when it comes to service. Location is always adequately staffed and trained and I have never gotten an order wrong.
