Hi , I want to share some bad experience with Tim Hortons at outside Metrotown station. I go there and ordered one fv small and a bagel with some customizations. They said we don’t have and I order croissant then with different ingredients. But after that they gave me everything bagel that was customized with their own choice like whatever I added to croissant they add it in bagel. That time i was in hurry but when I ate it it was so cold as well it was like baked a day before. After eating it I started vomiting at my home and it was all becoz of that bagel. My request is that please don’t sell old bagels that are likely to be expire. Don’t play with others health.

My bowl wasn’t made properly So i went and i asked if i can talk to a manager she claimed to be manager and didn’t have anything to do with customer service She told me its made like this only and didn’t know how to speak to a guest. She was yelling about the procedure . She was offended because of that and had no clue on how to fix it i just walked away coz they started talking in their language like srsly? I work in F&B too trust me this is not how u talk to them U got one less guest congrats. Enjoy. (Not that u care of) Going to Tims used too be a nice experience such ppl make it worse. Pls train them on guest service they need it

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Chai Latte and a Veggie Lime Bowl, but I was given a Chicken Bowl instead, and no one apologized for the mistake. Later, when I mentioned my order, they said I had ordered a wrap . This experience was unprofessional and very upsetting. I hope the staff improves their service and treats customers with respect.

Mostly everyday I visit this location and all the stuff members are very friendly and today Rajwant made my order and the food was very fresh and she talked with happy face with make my rest of the day happy. Very nice location recommend to everyone must go to this location.

On boxing day night after 9 pm me and my friend went there.while we order foods the indian lady on the cashier was very rude and whisper in her langauge like said “sab khuch aaj hi khana tha“ means have to eat everything today which is unacceptable even she said no sorry just walked away and costumer service was also very bad.Now we dont want to visit that place in the future.
The one on metrotown I like to go there as is close to me ,the attendees are ok ,the is ok,atmosphere sometimes not the best

I used to come here from past 10 years this used to be the OG in terms of service, environment everything. The phillipino staff i dont see anyof them anymore neither the indian girl with the coloured hair with them that used to work early morning at the coffee station with them. The shuffle of the staff went wrong that the line ups are huge.

A rather dismal, unwelcoming place, fit only for grabbing something on the go. Staff try to do their best but with hard, unwelcoming seats, no electrical outlets snd a fiercely guarded bathroom, not any place you want to spend time in.
