The weekday morning crew at this location is great. Always seems to be properly staffed and everyone working hard! I usually mobile order, but the staff are always very fast and friendly. The Filipino manager or supervisor (I think her name is Gladys?) is really nice, remembers me, and always helps expedite my order.

This must be really difficult to work at (close to skytrain, lots of unhoused individuals, and mental health/drug use), but the staff seem to treat...

Pretty standard as far as food quality goes. Can’t expect much from Tim’s. One of the better locations when it comes to service. Location is always adequately staffed and trained and I have never gotten an order wrong.

If there's no comparison, there's no knowing that this TH is one of the smoothest one out there.

I opted to get my morning stuff from the Commercial Broadway Skytrain one, that store takes like 45 minutes to make a farmer's wrap.

This one? 10 minutes and it's ready.
