Poorly laid out Tim's restaurant in an area which is likely to experience higher volume than this store can handle. Staff is slow, inexperienced, and poorly trained. First two impressions have been poor, but hopefully it improves over the coming weeks.
Update: a few weeks later, I'm increasing this from two to four stars. The staff still has room to grow, but they are much better than when it opened. Due to the size and layout of this location, it is really crowded during certain peak times, but it is otherwise a very quiet store. The dining area seems to be kept clean. I must also give this store a lot of credit for being the first 24 hour business on campus.
2025 edit: back to two stars! The food is often stale, menu availability is inconsistent, the dining area is often dirty, mobile ordering is often unavailable, and they haven't been 24h in years.

I recently tried the Supreme Stack from a Tim Hortons and really enjoyed it, so I went to this location to have it again. I ordered my usual steeped tea and the Supreme Stack, but to my surprise, the sandwich was missing bacon and the meat was completely different. It wasn’t the thick steak pieces I had before or what’s shown in the promotional picture. It looked more like the meat used in the Beef & Cheddar sandwich. Serving a different product than advertised feels misleading and unfair to customers.

I came there and served by very energetic and humble girl with smile I don’t know name but she sets high standard for customer service
I ordered a large chilli, which normally elsewhere they gave me a whole loaf of bread or a square loaf of bread, as shown in the second photo. If it's a medium loaf, I know it's half the loaf, but I ordered a large loaf and they gave me a loaf that looked like it was bitten, they didn't cut it with a knife. I felt indignant and I had to wait 17 minutes, since they told me to wait 15 minutes while they were heating it up or cleaning it. They should improve and be a little more professional.
