There were two staff at the cashier and the lady with glasses was very unfriendly. You don’t have to be nice but at least why be snappy when people just want to order food? Also asked if a substitution was possible and she said it was. I don’t know where it went wrong but I still got the un-substituted version. I got two soy sauce packets for $60 sushi and roll order. I highly recommend the Unagi Oshi Sushi. Great quality unagi, delicious and flavourful rolls. It was a little pricey and the service was a bit slow, but overall I’m very satisfied. 5/5 for the food!
I enjoyed my roll and miso soup. Food was fast, staff were friendly, and price was great.
Togo is at the Metrotown food court so lots of tables available but depending on when you’re there it can be busy.
