It would take a minute to figure out the menu. If you are looking for fast food dimsum, this is as good as it gets. I would recommend the siu Mai, stay away from the hagao. I'm pretty sure I'll return, and will post an update once I've tried the other stuff on the menu.

I'll be back! Much better than other similar options around I think..I just got the $8 special bowl and a bubble waffle and it was so darn good! seems like the combos are a good deal too, so I'll come back and try those.Nice and clean. Love the freezer take home options. Good prices.

I posted a review when they first opened but had to delete it since I feel like the quality changed in just a few short months. Also, they were giving out free soup after leaving a review so I felt I was inclined to leave a better review, although not required.When they first opened the food was pretty good. Decent dim sum and decent stir fry. I wouldn't say it was ever better than some Chinese restaurants but better than Metrotown food court style chinese food. Value was great with the 25% off grand opening deal.I've order regularly and I felt like over time it got worse. At first I noticed the fried rice was not evenly fried. What I mean is there would be chunks of white rice and some with egg and sauce. It's not even. Then I noticed some of the stir fry being not as good but nothing worth writing a bad review for. Today I ordered their Kung Pao chicken and I was quite confident it'll be ok since I liked their black bean chicken. Omg it was so overcooked, tough, and over seasoned.ill attach a photo. It'll show the chicken. One piece is regular white chicken breast with some marinate. Maybe not enough marinate. Then next to it is a super overcooked, dry, tough and salty chicken. It looks like beef but it's not. I have beef as well but that particular piece is chicken. I couldn't even eat it. It was rubbery.It's disappointing because this is a convenient location for me. If their quality dropped so much in just a few short months I don't think the business will last. I think they need to do a better job with quality control. It needs to taste the same no matter who cooked it. They still have a 20% off promo now but if they don't do better they will lose business after the promo ends.The only redeeming quality now is the portion and price but the promo ends soon.
It is reasonably priced, and the food we ordered for take out was fresh and hot. Great selection.
