This is completely under new ownership. Undisputedly one of the best Vietnamese Restaurants in Vancouver. Combination of Authentic Vietnamese and Loatian Cuisine made with quality ingredients. This restaurants serves Michelin quality Cuisine with unbelievable prices and value. Highly highly recommended. Thank again for a great meal!

Enjoyed lemongrass chicken pho. Wife had pork vermicelli. All delicious. Spring rolls not overdone. Friendly service and attentive tea refills. A little squishy with chairs close together

Triple Coconut Tree in North Burnaby on Haistings street was a convenient restaurant stop on my transit adventuring. Great fresh ingredients, flavourful stock and friendly service made my visit great. Looking at the Bahn Mi's and happy hour offerings makes me want to come back for something different. A bright restaurant with spacious seating and lots of parking available in the area.

We had ordered two phos, house special. They were priced at $17.50 and we added $1.00 for a satay. Portions are small, price is high. The satay was a tiny container of chili oil. Pretty pricey for what you get. I would suggest either pho 101 or Pho Pasteur. Almost the same cost but much bigger portions.

This place is slept on for sure, the broth is some of the best I've had in a while. Extremely fair prices, good portion sizes, great happy hour and lunch menu deals, kind family owned business. Has typical Vietnamese fair, but also has quite a few more niche Laotian dishes worth a try. I'm a convert and will be back again.

Our first time trying Lao cuisine and we really enjoyed it. Very flavorful and fresh. Place is bright and clean. Friendly service. Can't wait to return to try other dishes.

This restaurant changed ownership about a year ago, so don’t be discouraged by old reviews! I live in the neighborhood and recently added this place to my regular rotation for lunch. The service has been good, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the food has been so fresh and delicious. I have ordered something different each time and look forward to trying more!

Dined here during happy hour for mom’s birthday. Bright and airy ambiance, bossa nova/jazz playing. Food was delicious, ordered the khao poon (spicy coconut noodle soup), bo lok lak (beef on rice), Vietnamese spring roll, pork salad roll, iced coffee and che ba mau. Would come again for lunch. Forgot to take food pictures 🙂

Delicious, flavourful, fresh, healthy food! Lots of options. A bright & open space that has lots of seating and also feels cosy! I’ve been several times and taken out. It has always been a very positive experience :)

Triple Coconut Tree is a family run Laos style restaurant featuring Vietnamese flavours from the region around Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Their flavour are derived from fresh ingredients and authentic spices.

Our experience brings us back time and time again due to their wonderful flavours and terrific service. Patrons will often find their beautiful children helping out as wait staff. This is certainly a lost art of how a family business needs to run to teach the next generation of the values of a successful business.

We loved their happy hour features dishes that are offered from 3pm to 7pm.
