Tried the Khao Poon and fried tofu, both were very delicious and full of flavor.
The food tasted fresh and comforting.
Service was also great, the young server was very polite and attentive, making the experience even better.

Taste is similar to Mr.Noodle. Broth was flat. You can get much better pho for less price at other places in Vancouver. Won't be back. The food is not the same as the previous Coconut Tree owners.

Food was sooooo good! Ate here on a Tuesday afternoon and ordered the chicken and rice special and the Bun Bo hue/ Banhmhi combo. The service was really good too. Highly recommended.

We will be coming back for sure!
