Its very disappointing that original veggie burger discontinued. It would be nice if the mushroom burger(which replaced original veggie burger) would have added as additional without discontinue the veggie burger. Lost one more customer....

I had an amazing experience at Triple O’s on Kingsway. We tried the cookies and cream milkshake, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s made with real ice cream, incredibly creamy, and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet like many others out there. Every sip felt like a treat.
What truly made the visit even better was the outstanding service from Daniel, the cashier. He was exceptionally friendly, upbeat, and had such an infectious positive energy that made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to making customers feel at home.
The location itself is also worth mentioning — it’s conveniently located, easy to access, and impressively clean and well-maintained. You can tell the staff take pride in keeping things in top shape.
Overall, a great spot whether you're craving a quality milkshake or just looking for a pleasant dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The best breakfast/brunch sandwiches and burgers! My all-time favorite is the breakfast mushroom ciabatta combo add jalapeño —totally worth it. I could eat it every day, though I have to watch my calories 😂. The jalapeño ciabatta is also amazing, and adding mushrooms takes it to the next level. The vegetarian and chicken burgers are also delicious! There was one time when the egg was a bit dry and the hashbrowns were cold, but it's all good—stuff happens. I mentioned it nicely to the staff, and ever since then, the sandwiches have always been beyond perfection. It’s clear that the team takes feedback seriously, and their attention to detail really shows in the consistency of the quality. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff at both the drive-thru and the counter. I love the location, and they always greet you with a smile. Big kudos to the team. Overall good taste & price. Good packaging for takeout / delivery. (it seems they'd removed their app from the app store.)
For PICKUP order, be aware that Uber and Doordash have higher prices for all items;
it's cheaper to order in store and there are special prices for specific burgers during weekdays (e.g. Monday to Wedneaday; discount for one specific burger each day).
Update: * changed to 5/5 stars for good service and cleaness. * compared to other fast food chains, this one is probably the best in overall rating imo. Plus you don't need coupons for the weekday specials.
