Came twice after work for this place at 8:45pm and 8:30pm they were both closed. Closing time is different from the google map time :(

I wanted to like this place but unfortunately was let down. I tried their azuki (red bean) matcha latte for $9 - the matcha is so light in flavour (and colour) that it just tastes watered down, like an ice water with slight matcha flavouring, and a few sad red beans sprinkled on.

All employees are too slow. Some people canceled the order and left. They look like they want customers to leave so they don't need to make the drinks. If the machine doesn't work, they must focus on the orders they received. The ice cream is not available pretty often. I don't know how they get paid when working like that.

The matcha softserve on the charcoal cone was a certified treat💯💯💯 The matcha flavour is great (ive had a few, this is actually quite good!!) -- i probably could have eaten a kilo of it to myself lol 🤷🏼♂️🫣😍 Anyway, ive been to the Richmond location as well, but the Ice Cream is a nice takeaway without the whole teahouse expierience 🍵🫖🧋💯

I’ve had the iced O-Matcha Latte and the Matcha Frappe.
The latte comes with a nice amount of sweetness and its strongest flavor was surprisingly very nutty. I did wonder if they accidentally gave me their “roasted nut flavor” kinako kuromitsu latte.
The frappe was very sweet and tasted almost white chocolatey. It also had whipped cream with a very high fat content that coats the mouth.
Both were very nice, I just prefer a more vegetal matcha flavor in my lattes. The service was also great
