Visited around 6 pm on Dec 8, 2025. I normally don’t bother leaving reviews for fast food, but the two cooks today were really disappointing. They were chatting nonstop in their own language, and after adding the sauce, they didn’t even bother to stir the food before serving it. The dressings were clearly not enough, and the sauce wasn’t mixed at all—basically the dish had no flavor. The quality of the cooks has gone downhill 👎. Fresh ingredients are being wasted by careless cooking. NOT WORTHWHILE THE COST

It’s expensive for what it is and tasted bland and dry. One time I was there at 7pm and they had a line and the lady shut me out and said we are closed. Technically I can’t blame her being closed at 7pm but she could had taken one more person.

Their teppan grill is always dirty. The food tastes good, but it contains too many carcinogenic substances. It’s really tiring just trying to find a decent area to eat. If you care about your health, you wouldn’t come here again.

i knew coming here was expensive but okay they didnt have to cheap out how much rice they gave it was like literally 1 cup of rice 250ml my bill came up to 72$ just the food but i asked for extra napkin after but she was hesitant to give me extra she had a bit of attitude towards that. i didnt think napkins was so expensive. just little simple things like that made me uncomfortable to go there again

Chef has a very quiet voice so you need to pay attention when they ask you. Otherwise the food is pretty quick. I like the chicken, not worth the price though
Lack of organization with orders, staff also not very responsive to questions. Got my order wrong but could not understand and explain why.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The salmon they served me at first was undercooked. When I told them, instead of making a fresh dish, they took the food I had already touched and put it back on their grill to cook again. They ended up burning almost all of my food. This meal cost me nearly $20, and the quality was unacceptable. On top of that, it’s shocking that they have no sense of hygiene — putting a customer’s partially eaten food back on the grill is just unbelievable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before coming here.

It’s a very nice concept and you can pick what you want. Choose from noodles, veggies and meat. Tofu and 9 different sauces to choose from. Only problem is that the flat heating plate they use for everything, if you are vegetarian, they will make same on the same where they made the meat one. They should have kept half of the plate for vegetarian people.
