Went to buy a pop can fenta, they charged me $6.04 for just single can! Went back to confront but the manager refused to acknowledge the charge and even asked me to leave even though I was trying to resolve the issue, when asked for her name she gave me a fake name. Worst place I’ve ever been to, poor service!

I recently tried Vina Vietnamese at Metrotown and was left extremely disappointed. I ordered the basil chicken with vermicelli, a side of spring rolls, and a shrimp salad roll.
The only decent part of the meal was the fried spring rolls. The basil chicken, on the other hand, was completely flavorless—so bland that even adding hoisin and hot sauce couldn’t salvage it. It had no depth, no seasoning, nothing.
The shrimp salad roll was passable, but the peanut sauce was a disaster. It was watery, lacked richness, and tasted like a cheap imitation rather than real peanut sauce.
To make matters worse, the meal cost $25—way too much for something so utterly disappointing. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. But if you prefer overpriced, uninspired, and un-authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place for you.
Would not return.

Instant coffee did not taste like Vietnamese coffee at all. The "crispy" roll was just chewing, bland and probably sitting out all day...not fresh. Will definitely avoid Vina in the future

Taste OK, but my tongue not feeling easy after eating the Noodles and Chicken here, the soup is too hot that burn my mouth and meat are special treated, not feeling like the taste of popular Pho Restaurants. Will not try again.

Don't order the iced coffee if you're expecting real Vietnamese iced coffee. Tasted like G7 instant coffee (and saw another review that it is instant coffee) that you could get for 1/25 of the price here... Felt like daylight robbery. Beef pho was fine though, nothing bad but nothing special.

The prices went up, they only served 1/3 of the meat as before, the meat was cold and dry. The salad was just for decoration, very disappointing, never come back! Go somewhere else.
It is in a food court. I ordered a pork chop rice. Good value

The phõ was delicious, and the iced Vietnamese coffee was good, my order was ready in under 5 minutes. I didn’t get a photo because I ate my phõ so quickly :)

I like the chicken pho
Do NOT go here!l! The chicken looked fully cooked on the outside but was raw inside it’s disgusting!!! The spring roll taste terrible!!! Long ago it was a great place but Not anymore. They won’t even pick up the phone or return my msgs to get a refund. Save yourself don’t go here they don’t care about customers.

I walked the entire food court and this was the most appealing and for some reason had no line while other places had 10 people lined up. I ordered the lemongrass pork bowl with vermicelli noodle, it came out within a few minutes. The pork was a little different than I was expecting, it's like it was a paste formed into slices. The flavors were good but I wish it had a stronger lemongrass note to it. The egg roll was really good and the perfect crunchy texture with a nice gooey inside. The vermicelli was perfect for this. I'm happy they gave a good sized fish sauce for this I was afraid they would only give a tiny cup. The fish sauce really brings this whole thing together. Overall happy for this food court lunch!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at VINA, a Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered a $5.8 Vietnamese iced coffee, only to watch the owner heat half a cup of hot water in the microwave right in front of me. He then proceeded to mix in a packet of cheap instant Vietnamese coffee and poured it over ice. This was incredibly disheartening and not worth the price at all.
