That was the toughest spring roll ever. Would have broken a tooth if i did not spit it out. The quickest lemongrass chicken, served cold, must have been sitting in a corner for hours. Hardly any flavor in the pho. Asked for chili garlic or any condiment, got none for an answer. Classic case of how to lose a customer forever.

I typically go to this place when I am in metro's food court. However, this will be the last! I got food poisoning and was vomiting within 45 minutes after eating my salad rolls. Not to mention that their peanut sauce kind of sucks.

Had the Lemongrass Chicken with Roll Dip with Vermicelli. The chicken was a little burnt, but still had salvageable flavour. The rolls were good, but the outer layer was more chewy than crispy (likely sitting out for a while and not fresh). At $15.50 for the food, plus around $4 for a drink, my food court lunch came to $20. It's a tad pricey for an everyday lunch, but these days many eateries have increased their prices. It was a filling portion though, so would recommend if craving Vietnamese fast food for the taste buds!

It was a disaster!!The curry chicken was awful with no taste and very watery, it is absolutely waste of ingredient! Even we could do better at home with instant curry!!The spring roll was cold and hard like rock, I just can’t believe people are willing to pay for such a disgusting meal like this!

The spring rolls I ordered were disappointingly hard and chewy, which was a major letdown. Additionally, the beef pho lacked flavor and is not consistent. The service was unattentive. I only find myself coming here for lunch when I'm working at the mall or when I'm really craving pho and need a quick fix.

Today I had late lunch in the Metropolis food court. I felt like eating Vietnamese food so I ordered this lemongrass chicken noodle.As this is a food court stall so there is nothing much to comment about the ambience and service which are essentially OK.I saw the other people gave VINA mediocre ratings and I still gave it a try… and I regretted.I understand the lemongrass chicken were grilled but it was over cooked and burnt. One of the two pieces of chicken meat was 50% burnt. They shouldn’t serve it to customer as it is a common sense that it is unhealthy.I’m sorry to say there will be no next time.

Service was good, very friendly. The quality and taste were sub par. Soup had hardly and veg and was oily. Oil was the first thing I tasted. Broth didnt have much flavour . For $15 dollars I would definetely not go to this place to eat.

I'm writing a review to say thank you soooo much Helen and Lieu!?I have eaten in Vina this location many times enjoyed delicious gluten free pho, lemon grass chicken and many more? Always happy with tasty dishes and great customer service. Those people sincerely care and recommend with honest care! Highly recommend this place for people with gluten allergy coz it is gluten free and super tasty! God bless you guys!
