I absolutely love this waves. The workers go above and beyond and the coffee is always so good!! If you’re on Hastings there is no better study spot.

The only shortcoming that I can see is that they don't seem to have outlets. But, otherwise, quite the gem of a coffeeshop.

I absolutely LOVE this Waves location. Morad and his team are always so welcoming. I am greeted so wonderfully when I come here. I Cannot recommend this Waves location enough!

very nice place they have very good service. I love this place. I come here a lot. They have fresh ingredients. There is lots of parking around it.
Also, very nice music reasonable prices

My recent visit wasn’t okay, especially because the drink tasted very milky and the way the barista handled my feedback. This is probably going to be the last time and maybe it's good for them that they don't have me as their customer. The drinks are okay but there is no customer service at this place, especially this time when they made me walk back with the drinks. The person who made my drinks doesn’t seem to be okay with my feedback based on how he reacted, but I think I’m entitled to give feedback as a customer. The reason I give them 2 stars is because they at least made a new drink and up size for me this time, it’s wed anyway, otherwise I would rate them 1 star. I know that he may think he's very good at his job and probably believes he made the very best drinks, but if he put his ego down and listened to customers, he would understand that the drink tastes different this time. That's all I wanted to say. He wasn’t rude or anything, but his facial expressions and words sounded ironic. He seems upset when his colleague’s asking what’s going on. In the end, I just walked away with the new drinks he made (which actually taste better, saying this with no bias). Though I live a block away and this place is the closest coffee shop to my house, I still consider not revisiting anytime soon, as I think it would be good for both of us not to have bad feelings toward each other.

We've come here for over a year, often daily. Perfect brewed coffee, always friendly, clean, nice neighborhood feel, and the meeting room is fantastic.

It's really cute and spacious place. Nice and bright as well as friendly staff and very clean. The coffee is much better than say other chain coffee places too! More flavor and way more options. 10/10.
