Very nice staff! I had an enjoyable conversation with the two barista’s about their blue coconut drink, was super cute.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 drink. One sandwich was cold in the inside. We sent it back to get heated up again. No apology. The other sandwich just did not taste any good, and they forgot the drink. Pretty terrible experience.
I come with my sons on the weekend and it's always cheerful with good mix of regulars and studiers. The staff are great with kids.

This is a really great waves. Really wonderful customer service. Fast efficient the location's really cool. I love it. However, I will say the parking is a challenge at this particular location so you're better off parking, possibly across the street and just walking over

The best coffee shop and the people who work here all treat the customers very nicely and with respect. I recommend this coffee shop 100%.
There are a few baristas that I like to acknowledge DG, Niko, Ariza they always make sure I have a great experience when I go. I highly recommend this coffee shop!!

I have been going to waves for 3 years now, the service is always top notch. The drinks are always make with care and it reflects on the taste. There are a few baristas that I like to acknowledge DG, Niko, Ariza they always make sure I have a great experience when I go. I highly recommend this coffee shop!!

Ordered an iced latte, and this is what they gave me… what i am drinking right now is only milk plus grounded coffee powder. Taste like they reuse the espresso from the previous drink. I came pretty often and this time it tasted very different. I am very disappointed and please train the baristas on how to use the machine properly. This is unacceptable.

Ordered a cup of London fog to go, supposed with black tea bag inside, but they gave a London fog with green tea bag. There no one customer in store while I was there.
