Waves Coffee House - Edmonds

since new owners in 2024, qualiy has gone down alot! I pd $5.85 for a " Waves" size London Fog tea in hse, was lukewarm, diluted, Sent back 2 times, they never put in a new tea bag, she put vanilla syrup in the 2nd one, I sent it back & told them I can't have sugar, 3rd tea was the worst!! on top of it the 3 female staff were laughing loudly behind the wall! new owner is very cheap, I've seen him slowly sweeping the floor, while 1 girl is trying to serve a line up while he's in his own world, NEVER will I go again, really $5.85 for diluted tea, go elsewhere

It is an amazing place with fresh coffee. I start my day by having something from COBS Bakery on Edmonds Street in Burnaby, which Is next door to Waves Coffee. These two shops are side by side and amazing places to spend time each morning. Waves Coffee is strongly recommended. I especially like the story of Muhammad Ali behind the coffee shop.

Coffee is good, vibe is great.

But I always feel so uncomfortable waiting for take out here. There's nowhere suitable to stand and wait and I always just feel like I'm in someone's way when I'm waiting.
