I come with my sons on the weekend and it's always cheerful with good mix of regulars and studiers. The staff are great with kids.

This is a really great waves. Really wonderful customer service. Fast efficient the location's really cool. I love it. However, I will say the parking is a challenge at this particular location so you're better off parking, possibly across the street and just walking over

The best coffee shop and the people who work here all treat the customers very nicely and with respect. I recommend this coffee shop 100%.

There are a few baristas that I like to acknowledge DG, Niko, Ariza they always make sure I have a great experience when I go. I highly recommend this coffee shop!!

Ordered an iced latte, and this is what they gave me… what i am drinking right now is only milk plus grounded coffee powder. Taste like they reuse the espresso from the previous drink. I came pretty often and this time it tasted very different. I am very disappointed and please train the baristas on how to use the machine properly. This is unacceptable.

Ordered a cup of London fog to go, supposed with black tea bag inside, but they gave a London fog with green tea bag. There no one customer in store while I was there.

My friend and I that are seniors went there to have a cup of coffee and I had a tea and her cup was given to her dirty I showed them they took a piece of paper towel wet it and wiped it off I said oh my God are you serious don't you please have another cup of coffee and she had it in a mug so they poured it into a paper cup and I told them she wants to sit here to drink it she don't want a paper cup so can you please make her a new coffee it cost five dollars something so finally they made her a new cup of coffee but the lady that made it and pass it to me she had the sour look on her face just looked at me with a lot of anger are customers always right she should have smiled and apologized we will never go back there this is the one on Edmonds in Burnaby

One of the best coffee shops in the city! They serve top quality coffee with rich flavour and perfect consistency. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to chat or offer recommendations. I would highly recommend this place.
