They missed items in my order even so many time I complained to staff but manager didn’t respond well and even she don’t know how to deal with customer. I am shocked to see how manager talk to staff in front of customers that’s was soo rude.

Just placed an order with uber eats, the made my driver wait to confirm they were out of fries (it’s fast food not sure how that’s possible) however they never confirmed with me and gave me a small onion rings (I ordered and paid for a large fry) least they could have done was give me a large onion rings, will never order again.

Food is goated for the price, are you kidding me? Just go for the quality choices and you have a decent meal with less than 10 bucks. They have cheese bacon burgers with tomato salad and pickle for less than 4 bucks...

Hello, I ordered two BBQ cheeseburgers, two fries, and two drinks from Wendy’s. When the order arrived, it was left at the wrong address, one drink was missing, and the food was cold and of very poor quality.
I’m really disappointed with this experience. Please review my order and issue a refund or credit for the missing and unsatisfactory items.

We waited 17 minutes for fast food, 2 burgers and a pop, it would have taken less time for a steak at a restaurant, deplorable service, and not even close to what I would consider as fast food. The restaurant is filthy, so is the kitchen, from what we could see at the front counter, and you can smell old fryer grease the moment you walk inside the doors. Avoid this Wendy's at all costs, it is disgusting.
